This old bastion renovated with the concern for comfort in a spacious 350 m² holiday home with generous spaces. , accommodates 14 people in 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, to receive the whole family.
Very quiet, this large, charming cottage has a private garden with a saltwater pool and private entrance in the heart of the 10-hectare park at the Château de Poudenas, bordered by rare species planted in the 17th century!
The decoration of country house is neat and comfortable interior spaces: a large entrance, a large living room of 75 m2, with an imposing stone fireplace and a cathedral ceiling peaking at 4.60 m!
Well thought out and functional, bed and bathroom linen is provided. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the dining room. The wifi is free access; and the ground floor, on one level, includes one of the Suites enjoying a bathroom with walk-in shower for easy access for people with reduced mobility.
A covered outdoor terrace, accessible from the kitchen, also faces the swimming pool. With plancha, table and chairs to enjoy the summer and the view from the garden overlooking the small village of Poudenas.
