This fantastic 2+1 bedroom apartment on the top floor, has a large terrace and wonderful sea view, good sun exposure, fully equipped, very comfortable, air conditioning in the two main bedrooms and living room, with a careful decoration and quiet.

The apartment maximum capacity is 6 in a two plus one bedroom, 4 adults in single beds and 2 Children/teenagers in a bunk bed (190 X 90 cm and maximum 65 to 70 Kl). We also have a baby bed (120 x 60 cm).

Setting
It is located at the Balaia Apartments, with a soft and informal atmosphere, perfect also for families, it has excellent common areas, such as swimming pools with snack bar, a great restaurant, sports bar, gardens, security, reserved access and private parking.

The beautiful Maria Luisa beach is at walking distance (500 meters), close as well to all the other white sandy beaches, at less than five minutes all kinds of services, such as restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets and hypermarkets, the Olhos D`Àgua market, shops, SPA and pharmacies.

At the center of the Algarve south coast, close to all the beautiful beaches, public transportation (200 meters), marinas, golf courses (800 m), towns and cities such as Albufeira (2 Km and 5 Km to the center), Vilamoura (12 km), Portimão, Faro, Sagres, Tavira and Serra de Monchique, which are all within a short distance.
