Apartment of 82 m2, large living room with sofa bed for two people, satellite TV, wifi (on prior request 19 euros per week), terrace with sea view (table and chairs for six people to eat in the open air), two bedrooms, one with sea view and a double bed, the other two separate beds (both with easy storage) two bathrooms with two toilets. (one with bath the other with shower) fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Air conditioning and heating is operational in the living room and bedrooms. We have provided a cot and a high chair for a toddler. Private garage, shared swimming pool. Very quiet place near the natural park on the heights of La Herradura. Three km from shops and restaurants and the beach. Ten minutes from Almuñécar and Nerja, as well as a nudist beach and 25 minutes from Motril.

Lugar recomendable

Hemos disfrutado de unos días en un lugar maravilloso y con maravillosas vistas. Alojamiento situado en la parte alta de una ladera, con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de ella. Para bajar andando a la playa está un poco lejos y sus cuestas lo dificultan, pero por lo demás muy contentos con esta experiencia.

Muy bien.

El piso está muy equipado y es cómodo. Tiene unas vistas impresionantes, una piscina comunitaria pequeña pero agradable y una plaza de parking subterránea enorme.

Un gran apartamento espacioso en una zona super tranquila,muy limpio y en un entorno espectacular, las vistas maravillosas la única pega es que al estar en lo alto de la montaña hay que cojer el coche para todo. Nuestra experiencia a sido genial 5⭐

Apartamento tranquilo y agradable

Es una urbanización bastante tranquila y retirada del centro de La Herradura con una piscina pequeña, pero agradable dado que no suele haber mucha gente (al menos durante nuestra estancia). El apartamento está agradable y con muy buenas vistas.

LUCES Y SOMBRAS MUY OSCURAS

LUCES: Apartamento en buenas condiciones. Amplio aparcamiento. Vistas magníficas. SOBRAS: sin pastillas para lavavajilla, sin bolsas para la basura, sin papel higiénico, sin detergente para lavado a mano de vajilla... Elementos simples y económicos que es necesario tener a mano de forma inmediata. Falta de intimidad al estar nuestro balcón conectado con el del vecino que FUMABA y hacía imposible estar ahí con los niños. (Un cerramiento con mampostería resolvería el problema). Lo lamentable: VECINOS MUY QUEJOSOS: Llevamos un perrito porque está permitido. Nos amenazaron de DENUNCIA POR LADRIDOS. Amargaron nuestras vacaciones con sus quejas y amenazas de MULTA. Pasamos por muy malos momentos con este tema y tuvimos que rehacer nuestros planes de visitas y salidas, sin contar con playas para perros en la zona. Lo lamentamos porque la atención de Fani, el apartamento, el lugar, estupendos. Pero ante las SOMBRAS descritas, NO REPETIREMOS NI ACONSEJAREMOS ESTE LUGAR!

Super apartament

Bardzo fajny apartament za rozsądną cenę. Balkon z cudownym widokiem na La Herradura. Basen komunalny z którego korzystało bardzo mało osób, dzięki czemu czuliśmy się jakby był tylko dla nas. Opiekunka obiektu Fani to bardzo miła osoba, chętnie służąca pomocą. Apartament posiada klimatyzację oraz miejsce parkingowe w podziemnym garażu. Dziękujemy za wspaniały pobyt, na pewno jeszcze tu wrócimy.

Super séjour

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans cette appartement qui est parfait. L’annonce correspond exactement à ce que nous avons eu. La vue est magnifique, l’appartement est spacieux, clair, et très bien aménagé. nous avons été accueilli par Fani qui est une personne charmante et disponible en cas de problème. Bel appartement avec une magnifique vue

Nous avons été accueillis par Fany qui est très agréable et disponible comme M. ROBERT qui répond rapidement aux messages. L'appartement est très bien pour une famille. Il est bien situé car il y a beaucoup de choses à voir dans la région. La vue est magnifique. La climatisation dans tout l'appartement a été bien appréciée. Il est bien équipé. La voiture est indispensable mais ce n'est pas un problème. Je le recommande sans problème.

Really well resources apartment with amazing views, high up in the hills.

Clean, well resourced apartment, providing everything you need. The pool is a great asset as the beach is accessible only by car. As the apartment is in use for short periods only we did have some issues with the plumbing as well as getting stuck in the bathroom so things could do with a bit of a regular service and oiling to prevent issues arising with guests. It would have indeed been nice gesture if the owner had offered some kind of reimbursement due to being stuck in the apartment for a planned beach day, trying to get help from a plumber or service person. The communication was poor, leaving us frantically trying to sort things out ourselves, luckily ‘finding’ the concierge and building up phone charges to Belgium as the contact we had in France was unavailable by phone until late in the evening. This made for a frustrating penultimate day and the kids were obviously disappointed. Communication facilities need improving, including updating the website details as there was lots of miscommunication due to phone number changes and charges for WiFi etc.

un petit paradis

quand vous arrivez la vous rencontrez Fani,superbe hotesse,qui sera toujours la pour vous rendre service,peu importe le besoin. Et puis immédiatement,vous etes saisis par la vue epoustouflante,qu une photo ne suffit pas a rendre. L appartement lui meme est confortable,tres bien equipe,et dans notre cas plein de petits produits et condiments de base.A 4 adultes nous n avons jamais eu a nous en plaindre. Je mentionne aussi la piscine,coquette et agreable,avec en prime la vue.. le garage est pratique,et les chevres bien presentes! En prime,la herradura est un village bien caché,ou le developpement touristique n a rien défiguré,et ou on peut vivre vraiment a l andalouse,sans avoir envie d en sortir.. Merci encore Fani!!
