Incredible apartment-central-sea view-near the beach-Free Wifi.

In the very center of Barcelona, facing the sea and with direct views of the monument of Colon and the sea from the living room and bedrooms. Two double rooms with double bed and one single with two single beds. Option of double sofa bed. Two full bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath), fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, TV. Amazing view, easy access to and from cruise port and public transportation

We enjoyed everything about the apartment, grocery and restaurants nearby. Bus stop outside the door and other public transportation is a short walk. Everything was clean and well equipped. Great communication with the host. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. There is a playground nearbyin the next block for children.

This apartment had great views! So close to metro, Los Ramblas, the harbor - we could get anywhere we wanted to go with ease. Supermarket was close by. There is a washer there with rack to dry clothing. Communication was easy with the host and if I did have a question- it was answered promptly. Stay here - you will not be sorry!

Wonderful apartment

Everything was just as the pictures show. We were close to two different metro lines and the bus stopped right outside our door. There were several restaurants and cafes nearby. Lluis was very responsive and helpful. We were able to check in early since our flight had a morning arrival. I would highly recommend. We fell in love with the apartment and the city. We will be back. Thank you for everything!

Beautiful Barcelona!!

The apartment was perfect for our stay in Barcelona. Location was excellent with close proximity to the metro for seeing everything the city has to offer. Also within walking distance to the historic areas and numerous restaurants, Montjuic and the beaches. The beds were comfortable and all other amenities made for a great stay, we just wished it was for longer. What a beautiful city to visit. We hope to return some day !

Good location. Close walks to the beach and Las Ramblas. Apartment had everything we needed and the host was very helpful and easy to contact. Only complaint is one of the bathroom’s toilet leaked on the floor. We would stay here again.

Great downtown location, host very helpful

Property is clean, very spacious for a family of 5, and situated right downtown with lots of things to do - shopping, restaurants. Nulia has been super wonderful and very accessible whenever i had a question. Would stay here again for sure.

Great location

Located in walking distance to Las Ramblas as well as the hop on/off bus. Clean and tidy apartment and for a small fee you can leave your luggage if you arrive before the 3pm check-in time. The host organised the taxi for us as well as recommending a really good restaurant. One slight negative point, the road is very noisy which means sitting on the balcony isn’t relaxing, however we didn’t go to relax!

Week in Barcelona with 3 teens and husband

Location is great. Access to the apartment is easy. Communication is great. It’s obviously quite noisy as it’s right by a big traffic island. There was enough space for 5 tall adults for a week. We didn’t cook apart from just a bit of breakfast and some drinks. Tube station is very near. Buses go from right outside. We had a few small issues but host was on hand to help immediately. We had a good week and saw a lot of stuff.

Great location and great space!

This was a great place for our family to stay in Barcelona. We were traveling with two teens and had plenty of room to spread out and relax after a day of sightseeing or the beach. The location was close to a metro station and in walking distance of the beach and Gothic Quarter which was fabulous. We loved popping down to the cafe down below for our morning coffee and croissant. Lluis was a very responsive and helpful host. And the views from the balconies were icing on the cake! Highly recommend this apartment.

Die Wohnung punktet zurecht mit der Aussicht. Die ist wirklich hervorragend, denn man hat einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Word Trade Center, den Hafen, die Seilbahn und das Meer. Wie auf dem Bild zu erkennen ist, befindet sie sich in einem Hochhaus an einem stark befahrenen Straßenkreuz. In der Nähe des Hauses befinden sich auch ein Krankenhaus und eine Feuerwehrwache. Deshalb hört man -trotz Doppelfenstern- fast rund um die Uhr Sirenen und Straßenverkehr und man kann den abgebildeten Balkon nur nutzen, wenn man den Smog ignoriert. Dafür bekommt man eine klimatisierte Wohnung, die ausreichend groß für bis zu 6 Personen ist. Aufgrund von Waschmaschine und großem Kühlschrank kann man dort auch längere Zeit verbringen. Zwei Bäder bieten ebenfalls Komfort. Die Sanierung liegt wahrscheinlich schon ein paar Jahre zurück, aber die meisten Dinge funktionieren noch gut. Einige Türen hängen sehr stark und lassen sich von Kindern nur schwer öffnen. Der Abfluss einer Toilette war undicht. Duschen mit kaltem Wasser muss man mögen, denn warmes Wasser war nur spontan und kurz verfügbar. Allgemein ist das Wasser in Barcelona sehr stark gechlort, so dass man öfter vom etwa 10 min entfernten Lidl Trinkwasser transportieren muss. Wir haben unsere Auto im Parkhaus des World Trade Centers 200 m entfernt geparkt. Für 75 Euro die Woche ist das sehr komfortabel, zumal man sich in Barcelona besser mit dem öffentlichten Nahverkehr bewegen kann. Es befinden sich 2 Metrostationen in der Nähe.
