Apartment 2-10 beach of Canteras
Apartment of approximately 70 square meters directly on Canteras Beach with 1 big bedroom, balcony, 1 bathroom, a large living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen.
The apartment is outward oriented with large windows, giving wonderful panoramic sea and beach views, offering sun all day.
This is my childhood home. The building is almost 100 years old, but the apartment itself has been renovated. Obviously it's quite different now to how it used to be. I love this place. The magnificent views. The great location. The lively surroundings. The warmth all year round. The big windows that allow the sun to shine in. The seabreeze It feels special to me!
The corner of Canteras Beach where the apartment is located is called La Puntilla. I love the location because you have beautiful views of the bay. A short walk away you also have the nature reserve of El Confital. From the terraced table of the local restaurants you can enjoy a cool beverage all year round in sunny weather. Especially during the winter which, ironically, is less cloudy than summer!
