Poacher's Arms is a large detached house situated in the village of Hope in the Hope Valley in Derbyshire and can sleep thirty people in nine bedrooms with TV: 5 x double with en-suite bath, shower over, basin and WC, 1 x ground floor double with en-suite bath, shower over, basin and WC, 1 twin room that can be zip linked to a king size bed on request with en suite, 1 x family room with 2 single beds that can be zip linked to a king size bed on request and 1 adult bunk with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x family room with 1 double and 2 adult bunks with en-suite bath, separate shower, basin and WC..Also in the house is a large kitchen with dining area, two sitting rooms one with gas woodburner-effect stove, conservatory with large dining area and games room. Outside is ample parking and large garden with gravelled area with furniture and BBQ together with children's playground. Poacher's Arms is a wonderful large house ideal for celebrations and exploring this lovely part of the country.

Two electric Ranges with oven and hob, microwaves, fridge/freezers, washing machine, tumble dryer, two dishwashers, 14 x TVs with Freeview, CD, PlayStation 3, WiFi, selection of books and games. Three ground-floor cloakrooms. Kitchen with dining area (seats 20). Utility. Sitting room (seats 16) with dining area (seats 12). Second sitting room (seats 20) with gas wood burner-effect stove and three sofa beds. Conservatory with dining area (seats 28). Games room with table tennis and table football tables.Please note that the beds in the twin rooms can be joined together to create king-size beds on request.
