The calendar reflects accurate availability. The interior of this property sustained no interior damage and remains in the same condition as the photos. Due to permitting delays, the beachfront pool will not be rebuilt until late summer 2025 and pricing includes a discount for the inconvenience. The common areas including the pool, spa, landscaping and fencing will be completed at the same time so beach access is on the south side of the building rather than through the pool area until this is completed. This beachfront condo has a "wow factor", even without the pool. We look forward to hosting you and thank you for your patience!

This contemporary and professionally designed beachfront condo on Fort Myers Beach boasts spectacular straight on views of the Gulf of Mexico! The serene blue/green colors, white cabinetry and weathered plank flooring were all chosen to provide a true beach experience with a spa like feel. This second floor one bedroom and one bathroom property is fully equipped. This property offers privacy, comfort, a full beach view and is only one flight of steps to the beach and heated beachfront pool and jacuzzi. It takes 30 seconds to be at the beachfront pool or on the beach. (We promise ... 30 seconds!) Hear the waves from every room and fall asleep to the sound when the floor to ceiling glass doors are open to your private screened lanai. The beautiful, renovated kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a nine foot granite island, quality utensils, cutlery, dishes, glasses and cooking necessities. Small appliances include a Keurig, standard coffee maker, air fryer, toaster and blender. In this condo the chef is not relegated to a tiny, cramped kitchen with a “peephole” while everyone else enjoys ocean views. EVERYTHING in this condo is of high quality, in excellent condition and is replaced often. The white linens are always clean, crisp, and fresh. You will love your upscale boutique beach experience!
The bedroom has a comfortable king bed with fresh white linens. You will have plenty of storage to make this your home away from home with two three-drawer chests and an armoire. The spacious ensuite bathroom with two full vanities and walk-in closet is also accessible from the living area. This new configuration offers two separate designer marble top vanities and a beautiful marble tiled shower with thick glass doors. The unique bathroom layout and second vanity allows for privacy and convenience. (No more sharing the same tiny sink or brushing your teeth while one of you is trying to shower in the same space ☺.) A walk-in closet with hangers, shelving and two suitcase racks adjoins the bathroom. The living area has a ceiling fan, is open to the large kitchen and has a stylish beach design.
The floor to ceiling sliding doors span the width of the great room and lead to the screened lanai. A dining table with four chairs and ceiling fan make this the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee and watch for dolphins, catch some shade from the afternoon sun or enjoy a glass of wine as you listen to the waves and watch the sunset. The remote-controlled hurricane shutters offer optional privacy and protection from storms that may blow in from the Gulf. Beach accessories, a beach wagon, rolling cooler, carry cooler, beach chairs, and noodles for the heated beachfront pool are all provided. Oversized beach towels, beach totes and a beach umbrella w/sand auger are also included. Bring your sunscreen and swimsuit and leave the rest to us!
You won’t miss the game – or anything else - with two wall mounted Smart QLED TVs with DVR capability and a premium cable package (65” in living room and 43” in bedroom). Both TVs have built in ROKU with multiple apps. If you must bring work on your vacation, you will appreciate the complimentary high speed WIFI, WIFI printer and desk.
Laundry facilities are next to the pool and boast a large picture window with views of the pool and beach. Doing laundry never looked so good! The elevator is located just outside the condo and is ten steps to the laundry facilities and then ten more steps to the entrance of the heated beachside pool and jacuzzi.
There is one reserved parking space. The Island Trolley (75 Cents) and the Island Tram (Free) run the length of the island and stop near The Club so you will not need a car to enjoy all that Fort Myers Beach has to offer. (The web link for trolley information is in the "Amenities" tab.) The Club has bike racks and two bike rental shops are a couple blocks away.
Estero Beach Club (2580 Estero Boulevard) has the best location on the beach. It is .8 miles south of the Fort Myers Beach pier, Times Square shopping and entertainment area. The property is walking distance to several restaurants, live entertainment, and shops yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle for a relaxing getaway. The new Fort Myers Beach Library is one block south and loans DVDs, CDs and books. The Bay Oaks Park and Recreation Area is diagonally across the street. This large park has a kiddie-pool, a spiral slide, an adult lap pool, baseball diamonds, tennis courts, a gym, picnic area, playground, and walking paths.
Fort Myers Beach is ideally located for access to the many attractions of Southwest Florida. It is a 30-minute drive from the shell-rich beaches of Sanibel and the Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge. Corkscrew Swamp, Lovers Key State Park, Naples and the Everglades are just south of Fort Myers Beach. The Key West Shuttle, a high-speed ferry, makes regular trips to the Keys and leaves from Fort Myers Beach. Golf courses abound in the area as do boat rentals.
The condominium accommodates two adults over 25. Sorry, no children.
Reservations are Saturday-Saturday and exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis.
All guests must be listed on the Estero Beach Club Rental Agreement.
25% of the total is due to confirm your reservation.
Full payment is due 30 days before arrival.

Guests often say that our condominium and Estero Beach Club exceeded their expectations. If you would like to reserve the same time for the following year or make another reservation, you may do so in the onsite manager's office before you check out. The Club does its best to accommodate returning guests which helps maintain the intimate feel of this boutique resort.
Hurricane & Tropical Storm Cancellation Policy:
The official season for tropical storms and hurricanes in Southwest Florida is June 1 - November 30, with the most damaging storms historically occurring in September as witnessed with Irma in 2017, Ian in 2022 and Helene in 2024. To avoid misunderstandings with guests who choose to vacation during storm season, we have established an amenable policy common to vacation rentals. We expect guests to purchase travel insurance, especially when traveling during or immediately following the storm season. Tropical storms and hurricanes are impossible to predict so guests should protect themselves by purchasing insurance. Pricing is lower during these months to account for this additional cost. The cancellation policy applies to uncontrollable weather events including tropical storms and hurricanes. This policy is consistent with Vrbo and Airbnb. If you choose to cancel, we will gladly work with you to reschedule your vacation.
