Wonderful home and as advertised, book with confidence

It’s a wonderful home with ample room, amenities, beach access nearby, etc. Home is sealed well from the exterior and a nice, consistent retreat from the heat when needed. The furnishings are nice and the interior decorating is very pretty. Comfortable beds, nice linens, quality vanities and furniture. We set up our family with small children on the main floor (fun bunk beds with laundry close by) while the other guests took the above levels. Great set up for adult enjoyment while the kiddos sleep; no pool to worry about. Management was efficient and professional…. While also being personable and friendly. When compared to other rentals we’ve experienced in the past and within the Destiny by the Sea neighborhood, the following stand out: -interior decorating and kitchen layout is perfect -quality kitchen appliances as well as double laundry. -home interior has a sharp and clean contrast to humidity outside; underestimate this at your own peril. Ha -we enjoyed being close to the main beach entry (2 minute walk w/ little ones) while also being far enough way for privacy and quiet at night -management really stands out vs others. Not that others were horrible, but this company seems to be really good.

Great family vacation

The gated neighborhood is nice & insures not having an overcrowded beach. The house itself was fantastic. Even though we were not beachfront, we had a beautiful view of the water through an open lot. The property manager was extremely responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

New Year’s at No Worries

Our family had a wonderful time at this very well appointed home. Located in a beautiful and peaceful gated community . A short walking distance from the beach. Even though we visited during winter we were blessed with amazing days. This property made our vacay one to remember. I do have two things that I think future guests should be aware of . There are three sets of stairs, definitely not senior citizen or toddler friendly in my opinion. I would recommend bringing baby gates if you decide on this property.

Lots of good, some not so good

House is laid out very well. There were 9 of us total. Our son, his wife and 3 children all were able to be together comfortably on the bottom floor. The kitchen is fabulous--best we've ever seen. Gathering area also excellent. Good views of the beach because of a vacant lot across the street. There is room for 4 cars. Here are the small issues. Upstairs bath-- the tub looks like it is only for show. I am 5'3", 128 lbs. small frame and I was too wide for it. There is PLENTY of unused space in the bedroom and bath,yet the commode room was also too tiny and difficult to get into and out of. Although there was plenty of outside balcony space, which we loved, there was very little covered balcony. Neighborhood issues: 1. the good walking sand near the water is way too steep to walk on. And 2. on the beach we saw a couple with a small, unobtrusive low awning sun cover over a small pack n play. The neighborhood made them remove it. The cpl had to hold their baby whenever they were on the beach.

Great stay for two families!

Ocean view from both balconies without the beach front price! Loved that the lot across the street is still unbuilt! Beach access is a comfortable stroll in a gated community, and the private beach is so much better than the crowded public beach. We just loved the house, the gated community, and beach. Destin is wonderful!

Perfect family vacation home

This place was really nice and right across from a Private beach! The view is lovely and in a nice gated community! The house has everything you would need to cook! Loved that and an ice maker! It was me and 4 others 2 kids and 3 adults so we all enjoyed the house! Would come back!

Family Reunion

My family of 11 includes my 3 adult children,their spouses and my 3 grandchildren loved the house. Everyone had their own space but we enjoyed the large common area and patios. The house was immaculate and well appointed with an excellent kitchen. The community was perfect to walk to the beach and enjoy the views. We all agreed to come back next August and we want to rent here again a 12 out of 10 for us

Excellent beach getaway

This space was perfect for my group of nine business partner/longtime friends for our golf weekend in Destin. There was plenty of space. Everything in the house was top-of-the-line. The neighbors are very friendly and the view is incredible!

Fun & Fabulous!

This was a well-appointed & well-cared for home in a gated community. The listing did say that there were pantry items, but when we arrived for our week long stay we had to stock up on all pantry items we might have brought from home, had we known that their pantry items consisted of salt & pepper. That aside, the views were beautiful, the accommodations comfortable and everything else we needed was provided. We had a lovely time with our family of 8 in the panhandle of Florida, especially since we had just left a blizzard at our home in SW Michigan. We highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a wonderful place to spend time in the Florida area.

BEST 50th Girls trip at NO WORRIES

This place was amazing!! It was exactly how it was described online and maybe even better! The property manager was exceptional. Got back to me right away when I had questions. The communication and check in & check out was so incredibly easy and convenient. The community was beautiful and the perfect location! There were 12 girls for my 50th birthday celebration and it was the perfect size and accommodations were fantastic! Every one of us said we would definitely stay here again.. I will definitely book through this company in the future.

Oh What a View!

Excellent property in a beautiful neighborhood right across the street from the beach. Because there is vacant land directly across from the property, we had beautiful views of the beach and ocean from every patio/balcony. The home is well-maintained and a great set-up for groups.

Beautiful home and perfect for our family

Perfect beach home for a large family

The house was perfect! Accommodations, furniture, view etc. Our family would love to rent this home again. A short distance to the beach. No need to bring your own chairs and umbrellas; you can rent them daily. They also do not allow you to use your own chairs and umbrellas etc. Beautiful home and area to take your family for a memorable vacation.

Spectacular Home. Well Pleased with all aspects of our stay.

Thank you for hosting our family. We found No Worries to be an ideal choice for our family. The property is in a gated neighborhood, no through streets, and no crowds. The home is well furnished and cared for. The beds were comfortable and spacious. The views are very nice and we spent a great deal of time as a family enjoying the outdoor living areas. An ideal home for our family, and hope to return soon.

Wonderful Home

No Worries had everything we needed for 6 adults and 4 children. This was our third time to stay in this subdivision. We love Destiny by the Sea because it is quiet and has a private beach. The beach here is never crowded. This house had a beautiful view of the ocean. We loved sitting on the terrace deck looking at the ocean. The house had two dishwashers and two washer/dryers and a separate ice maker. The kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of starter supplies for the kitchen and bathrooms. This house was very clean and comfortable. We were very happy with the house. The management company was super to deal with. We had one small issue with the garbage disposal. Once I reported it, two people responded almost immediately and placed it. They were extremely nice.
