El apartamento está en plena playa. Estaba limpio, soleado con todo lo necesario en la cocina. Nos ha gustado mucho para unas vacaciones en familia.

Enjoyable enough stay. The best thing about the property is the location and view from the balcony. The property itself is a bit tired decor wise but fine for a 5 night stay. However I was disappointed and found it miserly that there wasn’t even a welcome pack of a bottle of water in the apartment. The only “extra” in the apartment was a toilet roll. Can I suggest that a bottle of water, washing up liquid and hand soap for the bathroom are the most basic of things that should be provided for guests.

Nice flat right on the beach just as advertised, The kitchen was well equipped excluding decent knifes. Parking can be a real hassle during high season but with little planning manageable.

Moderne Wohnung mit Terrasse (fast) direkt am Strand
Wir waren als Familie (Kinder 7 und 10 Jahre alt) im Oktober da. Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock einer Wohnanlage mit insgesamt ca. 12 Wohnungen, am westlichen Ende der Playa Burriana. Zum Strand sind es von der Haustür aus ca. 150 Meter. Dabei muss man über die einspurig von Autos befahrene Promenadenstraße. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig. Toll, dass es eine Waschmaschine gibt. Eine Geschirrspülmaschine fehlt. Der Kühlschrank ist groß, aber leider auch so laut, dass wir einige Male nachts vom Brummen wach würden. Zwei Essplätze: In der Wohnküche und auf der tollen nach Süden zum Strand ausgerichteten Terrasse. Die beiden Sofas im Wohnzimmer sind bequem zum Sitzen - schlafen würde ich darauf aber nicht wollen. Auf der Terrasse stehen zwei Liegestühle. Für die Kinder gibt es zwei getrennte Betten und einen kleinen, nach Norden gerichteten Extra-Balkon. Wir haben leider nicht immer gut geschlafen; das lag an den sehr weichen Matratzen, an der Cocktail-Bar vor den Schlafzimmerfenstern (lauter Betrieb im Oktober an Wochenenden bis weit nach Mitternacht) und am Kühlschrank. Ansonsten ganz tolle Lage für Urlauber. Zum Balcon de Europa mit Kindern ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Parken auf der Straße gratis möglich; abends sind auch genügend Plätze vorhanden. Die Gegend ist ziemlich touristisch mit Infrastruktur vor allem für englische und deutsche Gäste. Am Strand wird das Wasser relativ schnell tief - ein bisschen schwierig für Kinder, die noch nicht schwimmen können. Aber alles ist sauber. Der Strand: Grober Sand mit Steinen gemischt.

No hay nada que no me haya gustado. El aire acondicionado en todas las estancias sin problemas, amplitud y comodidad en todo el apartamento, luminosidad, camas y sofa cómodos, situado en una ubicación excepciónal.
