Wonderfull villa in residence that lies just upon the sea with the beautiful veranda with table and chairs. The very large veranda gives light and air to all house. The villa is composed by: livingroom with sofa and dining area, equipped area, 3 double rooms, laundry room and 2 bathrooms. The house is totally air conditioned and has 1 reserved car parking place.
There’S an equipped shared pool and the condominium gives to its guests the possibility to entry to the private beach “Dolce Sposa”. The residence is well kept and secure. It’s in the middle of Porto Cervo, in fact all the shops and services are at 5 minutes far from the house by car.
