Loved our trip to Santa Fe. The Casita was exactly as advertised. Was a little worried with how close the casita was to the main house, but it was extremely quiet and private. It was close enough to easily get to the Square and the Railyard really is walking distance. Make certain you check out the Farmers and Artisans market on Saturdays.
If I am in Santa Fe again this would be my first choice rental. Everything in rental description is exactly what the property is. A real treasure find don’t miss it
Casita was as advertised, and we enjoyed our stay. Compact, efficient, with nicely equipped kitchen & modernized bath. No dishwasher, but not a problem for us. Location near the Railyard is exactly what we were looking for. Bedroom was roomy and the ceiling fan kept it comfortable on warmer days. A little tight on closet space, but we made it work. This is a good place for 1 person or a couple. Would stay again!

Great location
Great location. it was a pet friendly property and had a bad smell. When I pull out the couch to make it up as a bed it was filthy.
We stayed in the casita for one week. Loved the location. It was very clean. Space had all we needed. We brought bikes & were able to bike all over town. Private patio was perfect to keep bikes. The washer/dryer was a nice extra during a vacation. We will definitely try to stay here again when we return to beautiful Santa Fe.
Third time I've stayed at the Railyard Casita - it's quite comfortable, clean and convenient to get to just about anywhere. Owner is easy to communicate with if needed and very accommodating. And, it was great for my two small dogs. They could sun in the courtyard and we had nice walks in the neighborhood. Even saw a cotton-tailed rabbit Easter morning!
The casita is as promised in the description and pictures. It was perfect for my two pups and me for a week. I am moving to Santa Fe and needed a place while I did inspections on my new home and took care of other business. The location is great and I enjoyed having the casita as a "temporary" home. I've recommended it to a friend who is planning a vacation to Santa Fe this spring.
Linda, thanks for letting us stay again. It’s so convenient for us to walk everywhere. And it’s clean and quiet! It’s perfect! Kelly

Disappointment
This property was a typical income property managed by out of town owners or managers. When you arrive you’re greeted with rickety gate and an unkempt, dirt yard. This property was sterile and uncomfortable. Poor WiFi connection. Loud,, inefficient window AC in the living room. A bare bones kitchen. Other than a good location, that’s it. We left after one night.

Very clean, welcoming cozy home/casita.
Well maintained and decorated. Definitely provides a Santa Fe positive vibe. Accommodates all you need to enjoy your stay and feel at home. Will always be my family's first choice when visiting Santa Fe. Thank you Linda!

Casita was as pictured and very comfortable. Would stay there again and recommend to others.
The small courtyard was great for my two small dogs. Gave them a place to be free of leashes and a comfy place to sit in the sun. Convenient location and quiet area. Could NOT figure out how to work the TV - three remotes but unable to do anything more than get a menu using one of them. Just wanted a regular channel to watch NFL games. Someone else could probably figure it out. A great place to stay!

Private little gem
The casita is in a very convenient location - an easy walk to stores, restaurants, farmer's market in the Railyard district. Located on a quiet residential street, the casita is very clean, quiet and private.

Excellent!
We were absolutely thrilled with this house. The location is centrally located to everything in Santa Fe. The house was recently remodeled, making it feel extra clean and was also very well appointed. I would highly recommend the property, and definitely look forward to staying there on my next visit in the Winter. Thanks Linda!

We purchased this property because of its location to the Railyard district, and it was so beautifully renovated. We love Sante Fe because we visit family there, love art, and we enjoy all the culture that this city affords.
