Sea house "Ante" is located in Podstrana, a beautiful tourist resort of Mediterranean atmosphere, which is located in close proximity (8 km) to 1700 year old city of Split, the center of Central Dalmatia.

Perfect peaceful location

Could do with a little TLC but for the price and idyllic location (right on the beach and easy walking to lovely restaurants and a shop that has all your needs) it suited us fine. Owner very attentive to any requests , we booked our airport transfers with him, I would recommend this

9th - 19th September 2019

As a party of three adults we have just returned from a lovely ten day holiday using this accommodation as our base. We agree with all the previous reviews about Ante and his comfortable, clean and well maintained accommodation. Ante picked us up at the airport on arrival and also returned us to the airport, the process was much more efficient than taking local taxis. Ante also took us to the national park and Trogir where again all the arrangements went smoothly. We ate at Mario's on our first night and found the food and ambience to be so good that we ate there every other evening !

Fantastic beach side apartment

All I can say what a fantastic holiday we had in this apartment. We couldn't have asked for more from Ante being there to pick us up from the airport. To the wonderfully located apartment. The apartment was spotlessly clean and half way through our 10 day stay there was towel and bedding change. Ante has thought of everything there are sun loungers and umbrellas just for the apartment ( fantastic idea) and saves you money. Beach towels as well. Then having washing up liquid etc in the kitchen. The beds were extremely comfortable and the air conditioning was very useful as it was very warm. Ante was great giving us information on local buses to get to split and omis. Both worth a visit. The apartment is in such a brilliant location. Overall we had a fantastic holiday and I would recommend this apartment and Croatia.

great place to stay

We stayed here with our son and daughter-in-law. Having such direct access to the beach was wonderful, especially since it was very hot while we were there. One treat was having several restaurants available - one next door and others a short walking distance. We could go down for coffee, breakfast, drinks and dinner, often just walking out of the water to the table. Since the apartment did not have a living room as such, this became our gathering space and was fantastic. Kitchen was well stocked although we did not do much cooking. Ante was a great host and responsive to our needs. We used him and his team for transport to the Krka park and a boat trip to an island. Each was a great experience. The air conditioning adequately provided relief from the heat for sleeping as needed. We would recommend this place to others.

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Schöner Strand, Liegen im eigenen Strandabschnitt waren inklusive, sowie ein Grill und eine traumhafte Terrasse zum Frühstücken oder Abendessen. Sehr gute Restaurants in direkter Nähe. TOP: Haben uns ein Boot direkt beim Vermieter gemietet, dieses wurde am Abend davor direkt vor das Apartment geliefert (Eigener Liegeplatz) und am Tag danach wieder abgeholt und das zum Super Preis!! Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, können wir nur weiterempfehlen. Verreist 2 Erwachsene (35) und 2 Kinder (9/12)

Fantastic apartment right on the beach!

The apartment is just as advertised. Right on the beach, beautiful sunset view from the terrace. Ante was very helpful and approachable. Small grocery store and restaurants within steps of the apartment. Highly recommended!

Stunning location

I am reluctant to say what I really feel as I don’t want everyone else to know about this little gem! We have just returned from a fantastic week, this apartment had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, there were beach towels at our disposal which we didn’t expect. There were other little touches such as soap already in the bathroom and washing up equipment which made it feel home from home. The beds were also really comfy, probably the best sleep I’ve had on a holiday for a long time! The location was perfect, the beach, a couple of bars and restaurants and a well stocked supermarket were on the doorstep. The best thing was the stunning view from the balcony, ideal to sit and have a glass of wine and watch the sunset. The owner lives next door and I’m sure would’ve been really helpful, however we had everything we needed and didn’t need to ask him for anything. We did use Ante’s company for our taxi transfer to and from the airport which I would recommend. Overall I loved it!! Thank you again for a wonderful holiday

Schöne Ferienwohnung gut ausgestattet und tollem Meerblick

Wir waren über Silvester hier ein paar Tage Urlaub machen, uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohung ist sauber und top ausgestattet. Der Blick auf das Meer ist genial. Der Vermieter Ante ist sehr gastfreundlich, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir können es nur empfehlen. War sehr schön, vielen Dank.

Great seside apartment !

Where to start ? Ante (the owner) and his wife Matija were great hosts. Ante arranged a airport - apartment transfer for us (me, my wife and two kids) for a reasonable price. Matija greeted us with a bottle of great Croatian wine and showed us around. Apartment is very nice, clean and equipped with everything you need. View is something special, especially sunsets. Restaurant, supermarket and ATM are 1 min. from the apartment. I really recommend this apartment. And oh... boat trip organised by Ante - absolutely fantastic !
