Beautiful 4 bedroom house perfect for Track/Ballet/Fall Getaway/Parent Weekends

This spacious, open floor plan, beautifully decorated 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath house is just minutes from the Track, Skidmore College and all the Broadway shops and Restaurants. The house is located in a wooded family friendly neighborhood. House sleeps 8 and is 3700 square feet. We have a beautiful modern kitchen that seats 8-10 comfortably with a full size dining room that seats 8. Central air, tv in every bedroom, wifi., large deck. There is a mudroom off of the garage with laundry amenities. All bedrooms are upstairs and are very spacious. The fully finished basement offers a full living room, pool table, dart board and an air hockey table. This is our home year round, so please we ask you to treat it with complete respect. House is decorated with many equestrian related items, and possesses a warm and homey feel.

Track weekend

This a great, large space for a weekend in Saratoga with a group! Easy 10 or so minute ride to downtown/the track and the host, Lynn, was a pleasure to work with! Would stay again

Amazing home in a beautiful neighborhood, quick ride to SPAC!

We stayed here with 3 other couples (4 couples in all) for a concert at SPAC. There was plenty of room for us all and nice sized comfortable beds in each room. The neighborhood is lovely! Lynn was a very friendly and accommodating host. Her home was immaculate and perfect for our needs, which was a place for grown adults to stay overnight after a concert at the very nearby SPAC theater. We will definitely be in touch to stay here again in the future!

What a wonderful weekend! We attended my nieces wedding and Lynn’s home was perfect for the 7 of us!! Loved the location! The home is comfortable and well appointed. She also had a basket filled with items just in case we forgot a toiletry. Thanks Lynn!

The house was so beautiful and clean and Lynn was a pleasure! She was so accommodating to us and responded almost immediately if we had a question regarding the house. We were a very short ride into the town and race track. I would absolutely recommend this house!!

Rented this house for a weekend bachelor party at Saratoga race track. The house was extremely clean and nice. 4 bedrooms w 5 beds. Plenty of couches for more places to sleep. A nice kitchen to cook in. Livingroom and finished basement to hang out in. A large deck w a grill to cook out on. The house was great. The owner was very helpful and responsive to text messages in a very timely manor. About a 10-15 minute car ride to track or downtown. Definitely recommend this house.

This is a great home that fit 8 guys for a Track weekend very easily. Very clean beautiful house with a nice backyard. Lynn was easy to deal with and easy to reach on short notice. We look forward to renting this house again in the future!!

Pristine Home

This is a beautiful home just 15 minutes from downtown and the track. The owner, Lynn is easy to communicate with and available to answer any questions. The large basement is an added bonus as it has a pool table, dart board and air hockey. In addition, Uber and Lyft were both available on short notice to get back and forth. We would definitely rent this house again when in Saratoga.
