You'll love this house because of the open floor plan that was designed with entertaining in mind. This Masters week retreat is modern with new furnishings and decor throughout. Home includes 4 bedrooms + Loft area (could be used as a 5th bedroom or poker room) and 3 full bathrooms and one half bath. Home has TWO family rooms. The main family room has a 60 inch television and the second family room has a 42 inch television to enjoy all the golf highlights throughout the week. Kitchen area is modern and includes everything you need to prepare meals. Kitchen seats 10 guests and the formal dining room seats 6. Enjoy your evenings outdoors with a stone fire pit and extra large stamped concrete patio. Screened porch includes 55 inch television, green egg and mini fridge. This home sits on the largest lot in the neighborhood giving you wooded/greenery privacy. Our extra long driveway can accommodate all your guest parking and/or RV trailer needs. Home is located in upscale Sumter Landing subdivision that sits along the Savannah River. Neighborhood has walking trails that lead to private dock with river access to take in beautiful views!

Our family has lived in the Augusta/Evans for 18 years and are very familiar with the area. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions about our town to make your visit more enjoyable!

What makes this property unique

Need a little privacy? Our home is in an upscale subdivision, but nestled among lots of trees and woods. Sometimes it's nice to have some space without the neighbors front door steps away. Our long driveway can accommodate multi vehicle parking needs.
We have 2 large living room areas with flat screen TVs and sectional couches. We also have an outdoor screened porch area with flat screen TV and mini fridge. Our open floor plan was designed for entertaining in mind!
House is located near shopping, restaurants and 9 miles from the Augusta National.
