Quiet cozy house in central location
The house was modern, clean and comfortable. It was equipped with everything we needed and is conveniently close to the supermarket. Places around the island can be reached easily. Rudy was very easy to get in touch with and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a pleasant stay and can wholeheartedly recommend the property and hose.

Bonitos días en Oleron
La casa esta muy bien , tal y como se ven en la fotos, la terraza cambia un poquito ya que la vegetación ha crecido. Es una terraza soleada y muy bien equipada. La equipación de la casa está de 10 no falta de nada. Hemos esta una semana completa y muy bien. Rudy es atento y te ayuda en todo lo que necesites. No habla español.

Quelques jours de sérénité
Suite à un accueil vraiment sympathique et un espace de vie dès plus agréable, nous avons profité de la situation centrale de notre logement sur l'île pour rayonner autour de ce dernier malgré un temps plus incertain. Nous vous recommandons vraiment ce séjour.

Super séjour à Oléron
Location très agréable et bien placée pour sillonner l'île. Les pistes cyclables sont nombreuses et souvent bien séparées des routes. On a bien apprécié d'être en dehors des dates scolaires pour profiter tranquillement des plages et des balades avec une météo au top. Logement très confortable ,vaste pour deux et bien équipé. A bientôt Oléron.

Location confortable et idéalement située
Logement conforme à la description, agréablement conçu, bien tenu et équipé. Sa situation centrale nous a permis de rayonner facilement sur toute l’île avec nos vélos électriques. Escapade à St Pierre d'Oléron
Le lounge est un logement neuf,agréable, clair,fonctionnel, bien agencé et bien équipé. La cuisine est adaptée aux vacanciers aimant cuisiner. Endroit calme à l'écart de la route. Terrasse bien orientée. Un range vélo est disponible devant la maison. Bien situé : près des commerces et pistes cyclables. Rudy est réactif et disponible.

Séjour écourté et gâché, à cause d'une incompréhension, mais fallait-il en arriver là ?
Quand j’ai réservé, je n’ai pas remarqué que le Propriétaire refusait les animaux. Le jour de la réservation, je l’ai appelé pour signaler que nous avions une chatte de 20 ans, nécessitant des soins et que nous devions lui donner un médicament chaque jour. Je pensais qu’il allait l’annuler la réservation, ce qui aurait été compréhensible, car les réservations peuvent être annulées 60 jours avant le début du séjour. Il avait donc encore l’opportunité de le faire, ce n’était pas trop tard. Comme il ne l’a pas fait, j’ai considéré cela comme acquis, et mal m’en a pris. A notre arrivée, nous l’avons trouvé plutôt intrusif. Il est venu nous voir, pour nous dire qu’il n’appréciait pas la présence du chat. A cause du chat, il a décidé qu’il fallait que je cherche une entreprise de nettoyage, afin de désinfecter la maison le jour du départ, mais impossible d’en trouver une. Après quoi, il nous a réclamé 100 € en liquide pour payer une femme de ménage durant 2 heures. Tarif très élevé, car il est habituellement de 20 €, nous avons dû nous résoudre à payer, car il nous menaçait de nous virer manu militari. D’autres locataires avant nous, étaient venus avec des animaux, mais sans prévenir. Je ne sais pas s’ils ont subi les mêmes déboires, mais notre seul tort a été d’être francs, dès le début. Comme quoi, la franchise ne paie pas. Le 5 juillet, le WIFI ne fonctionnait plus ? Sachez aussi que le Propriétaire exige qu’on le prévienne, dès qu’un locataire reçoit de la visite. (ce qui n’est pas précisé dans l’annonce) Nous n’avons jamais été confronté à ce genre de comportement, et c’est très perturbant. Il nous a viré le vendredi matin avant 9 h (mais j’ai négocié 10 h) au lieu du samedi matin, nous avons donc perdu 1 journée et 1 nuit, non remboursés. Le jour du départ, nous avons eu droit à une inspection complète, chaque pièce de la maison, puis le réfrigérateur, le micro-onde, le four, le lave-vaisselle, il a ouvert tous les tiroirs de la cuisine pour vérifier toute la vaisselle, assiettes, verres, couteaux, couverts, … dans le moindre détail. Incroyable mais vrai ! Puis il nous a remis notre chèque de caution de 80 €. Vous aurez deviné que les 80 € ont été récupérés, avec la somme de 100 € versée en liquide. Hormis cela, les photos de la maison, postées sur le site sont conformes à la réalité. Elle est bien située, proche des magasins, du marché, et à 10 mn en voiture de La Cotinière. La terrasse et le jardin sans vis-à-vis, arboré, sont agréables

Très jolie maison bien aménagée et très bien décorée, belle terrasse où il ne manque rien. Très bien située au milieu de l île pour pouvoir visiter facilement. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et très arrangeants. Nous recommanderons cette adresse et surtout nous la gardons précieusement pour y séjourner à nouveau

Très bon sejour
Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison dès notre arrivée. La maison est très très agréable et agencée avec beaucoup de goûts, et très calme. Elle idéalement située car on peut se rendre à pieds au cœur du village de Saint Pierre avec toutes ses commodités. Nos hôtes ont été très disponibles et très réactifs à nos moindres besoins. Merci à eux. On reviendra !
