Villa Gianni is a detached house with garden in a quiet area just a short walk from the center and the lake. Located on three levels, on the first floor there is a double bedroom with TV and a bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed for 3 people, a storage room and a brand new bathroom with shower; Each room has a large terrace. On the ground floor living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom; Veranda equipped for dining and dining outdoors. Masonry barbeque in the garden. Basement with garage and washing machine. Bath and bed linen are included. The house has an air-conditioned, wi-fi and alarm system. You can reach the center of San Felice and the beaches of the Commune on foot.

Gianni's house is a charming and relaxing area of ​​S. Happy. The town center and the lake are just a few minutes away on foot, very comfortable and easy to move around.

We had a very nice stay at Villa Gianni
You have beautiful views in all directions to the mountains of the Garda lake. The location is great as point of departure for hikes in the near area or drives to more distant locations. We enjoyed Saló and Gargnano in particular and had a spectacular day in Verona, just an hour away. The house is not modern but clean and orderly. The fenced garden is perfect for bringing your dog, as we did, and the balcony adjacent to the master bedroom allowed for our dog sleeping outside at night which she enjoyed very much, breathing the crisp Spring air.We missed Cantina de la Mirleta in nearby Cisano which we regret as it seems to be a great italian restaurant - will do next time. Garda area is perfect this time of year (early April) as tourism season is just getting started, though a bit on the chilly side. As for the house, we need to point out that kitchen cutlery, utensils and equipment are not up to standards and need improvements. Otherwise highly recommended.

Schön gelegene Unterkunft
Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen, ruhig und man kann Geschäfte und Restaurants sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut und die Betten bequem. Es fehlte uns an nichts, alles funktionierte und wir konnten gleich vom Haus aus Wanderungen starten. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche am Gardasee.

Schön war es
Wir waren mit dem Haus sehr zufrieden, die Angaben stimmten alle, dass Haus war sehr sauber und es fehlte an nichts. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und haben uns nett empfangen sowie alle offenen Fragen geklärt und Informationen mit gegeben. Bei Fragen konnten wir sie rund um die Ruhe erreichen. Es war super!

Typisch italienische Villa
Ankommen und wohlfühlen Sie Begrüßung durch Luisa war sehr herzlich und wir haben uns gleich zurechtgefunden. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben, sehr sehr sauber. Der Garten war für unsere Hunde super. Auch wir haben unter den Olivenbäumen super entspannt.Es war ein ruhiger entspannter Urlaub so wie wir ihn wollten.

Merci à Louisa et Sandra pour ce séjour ! Hôtes disponibles et discrètes. Séjour au calme avec un adolescent et un chien. Le terrain est idéal pour un chien car bien clôturé. La terrasse couverte agréable pour les differents repas. La position est idéale pour visiter le lac de garde et ses alentours. Vivement recommandé :)

Geräumiges Haus in ruhiger Lage
Es erfolgte eine frühe Kontaktaufnahme, die den Check-In leicht machte. Das Haus war sehr gut vorbereitet und sehr sauber. Das vollständig umzäunte Grundstück war ideal für unseren Hund, der sich gut austoben konnte. Empfehlenswert!

Tolles Ferienhaus mit viel Platz
Das Ferienhaus Villa Gianni ist super: Es bietet viel Platz innen und man hat sogar eine zweite Toilette. Das Bad ist sehr sauber mit einer luxuriösen Dusche mit vielen Duschköpfen. Besonders der Garten, der sowohl Sonne als auch Schatten bietet, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auf der überdachten Terrasse haben wir manchmal gefrühstückt. Viele hübsche Orte und Strände sind mit dem Auto, oder Z.T. auch zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die Landschaft ist sowieso wunderschön. Die Vermieter sind so unbeschreiblich nett gewesen, haben uns ein paar Tipps gegeben (zB einen süßen kleinen Strand) und haben immer schnell geantwortet. Alles verlief problemlos und unkompliziert. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

Sehr zu empfehlen
Ein Aufenthalt bei Luisa & Sandra ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, liegt ruhig und trotzdem zentral. Der umzäunte Garten ist besonders schön, wenn man mit kleinen Kindern reist. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgeberinnen war immer sehr freundlich und zuverlässig.

Sehr nette Verpächterin, sehr freundlich! Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Zum Strand sind es gemütliche 10 min, im Dorf ist man auch in 10 min. In Salo bist du mit dem Rad in 15 min. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig mit schönen Garten und perfekt für Hunde. Alles Top gepflegt! Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder.

Fijn verblijf in rustige nette buurt
Ons verblijf in de Villa was exact zoals de advertentie al zei. Voor onze hond een ideale plek aangezien de gehele tuin zeer goed omheind was. Het ontangst door Sandra en Luuk was erg hartelijk. De villa was zeer schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij waren met 2 auto's waarvan er één onderin de garage kon staan en één op de oprit. Sandra was super behulpzaam. Dit uitte zich toen wij op het laatste moment print outs moesten hebben van onze digitale voetbaltickets. Deze kwam zij ons persoonlijk brengen. Echt super! Kortom een super verblijf, verhuurd door erg vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen.

Ein wunderschönes Haus in San Felice, ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt in einer tollen Gegend. Das Haus war super sauber und das Grundstück umzäunt. Unser Fellkind hat sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tolle Lage, aber der Wohlefühleffekt fehlt
Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, sehr sauber und auch ruhig. Leider fehlte es uns an den kleinen Details, die ein Haus zu einem Zuhause machen. Ein Tablett wäre toll, aber auch ein zweites Schneidbrett, eine Teekanne und ein paar scharfe Messer, schöne Weinkelche etc.. Was wir aber am meisten vermissten war die Gemütlichkeit. Ein paar Lampen, die für indirekte Beleuchtung sorgen wären toll. Die Gastfreundschaft von Sandra und Ihrem Mann waren aber super. Insgesamt sehr schön, aber eben kein Zuhause.

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage
Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, schön für Familien mit Kindern, die zur gewohnten Zeit ins Bett gehen sollen. Die Möblierung ist zwar schon etwas älter, aber gut in Schuss und sauber. Die Betten sind auch sehr bequem und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Toll ist der abgeschlossene Garten, so können die Kinder auch unbeaufsichtigt draußen spielen. Checkin und checkout hat auch super funktioniert. Maria und Louisa sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub am Gardasee!

Entspannter Familienurlaub in San Felice
Das Ferienhaus liegt, wie in der Beschreibung zu entnehmen ist, in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, was insbesondere in den Nächten von Vorteil ist. Zum Empfang hat bereits gekühltes Mineralwasser und eine Flasche Wein auf uns gewartet. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von unseren Vermietern Sandra und Luisa empfangen. Im Wohn- Essbereich sowie im (Eltern-) Schlafzimmer ist eine Klimaanlage installiert. Es ist ein Informationsständer mit Flyern zu verschiedenen Aktivitäten rund um den Gardasee, sowie einer Karte zu der Region San Felice vorhanden. Der Außenbereich bietet einen Grill- und Essbereich sowie genügend Platz zum Spielen für die Kinder. Gut gefallen hat uns auch, das bereits Handtücher und Bettwäsche im Ferienhaus zur Verfügung gestellt wurden, sodass wir diese nicht von zu Hause mitbringen mussten. In San Felice fährt in den Sommermonaten eine Art Straßenzug (Train Tour), der viele Orte anfährt (z. B. Hafen/Strandbereich, Stadtzentrum, Frantoio Cooperativa, ...). Die Fahrt kostet 2,50€/Pers.. Die lokalen Strände sind mit dem Auto in ca. 5 min. entfernt, können aber auch fußläufig sehr gut erreicht werden. Wir sind gerne an den langen Strand nach Manerba del Garda gefahren. Besonders unsere Kinder haben den Strand sehr gemocht und dieser war ebenfalls mit dem Auto in 5 - 7 Minuten schnell zu erreichen. Wir waren mit der Ferienunterkunft rund um zufrieden und auch in der Region lassen sich viele Urlaubsaktivitäten für jede Personen- und Altersgruppe finden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder hierher und können das Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen.

Wunderschöner Entspannungsurlaub in San Felice del Benaco
Wir haben zwei Wochen Urlaub in der Villa Gianni verbracht. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, gut ausgestattet und es war sehr sauber. Auf der schönenTerrasse im Garten haben wir gegessen und entspannt. Dort ist es immer angenehm schattig. Der schöne kleine Ort mit netten Restaurants, sowie der traumhafte Strand von Porto San Felice waren sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir wurden von den beiden Vermieterinnen Sandra und Louisa sehr freundlich empfangen. Check in und check out waren sehr unkompliziert.
