A beautifully furnished and equipped ground floor one bed roomed, fully licensed apartment, with unlimited wi-fi and air-con in lounge and bedroom. Spacious lounge with sofa and sofa bed, TV and dining for four people. Really well furnished for a comfortable winter stay. Check out for winter prices. The spacious patio has quality furniture, and enjoys sunshine from mid morning to sunset, Weber barbecue and direct access to the lovely swimming pool, garden and sun bathing area. Beach towels.

Fully equipped kitchen , cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, slow cooker, iron and everything you could want if you decide to self cater but you may be tempted by the variety of restaurants in the area.

Spacious bedroom with double bed, and balcony equipped with table and two chairs for your early morning coffee in the sunshine. Large hallway with full sized bunk beds. Spacious bathroom with bidet, bath and shower. Towels and bedding provided.

This is a family owned apartment and so has all those little extras, guide books, reading books, videos, two boxes of beach toys for you to enjoy. Conceicao has five restaurants within a five minute walk, which serve local dishes at amazing prices, a well stocked supermarket a pharmacy and post office. A 20 minute stroll will bring you to the Cabanas waterfront with lots of restaurants, specialising in local dishes, fabulous seafood and fish. Italian restaurants, tapas, ice cream parlour and coffee shops to enjoy, supermarkets and some small boutique shops.

The train station is just five minutes away and has regular trains to Tavira and Faro in one direction and Monte Gordo and Vila Rael in the other. Tavira is so beautiful and full of lovely waterside restaurants. Also an excellent bus service.

Walk, cycle, golf in perfect surroundings. Nearest golf course is a five minute walk away.

Agradable estancia en Cabanas
El alojamiento tiene un salòn fenomenal con terraza incluida. Además, tiene libros , mapas e información de la zona que nos ayudó a orientarnos.Es lo mejor del apartamento aunque la televisión necesitaría una conexión mejor pues tenía muy pocos canales. La cocina era un poco oscura y había que tener la luz encendida todo el tiempo. También necesitaría una limpieza un poco más profunda. Las literas a la entrada de la casa se ven un poco fuera de lugar. El dormitorio es adecuado y el cuarto de baño también. Barry, el dueño, fue muy amable permitiéndonos entrar en el apartamento un poco antes de la hora prevista. En conclusión, nos parece un apartamento adecuado para nuestros requisitos.

Excelente localização....boas infraestruturas (piscina.apartamento,etc), Cabanas de Tavira é um lugar lindo e com excelentes praias... Aspectos a melhorar ....formas e termos de comunicação porque não só os ingleses entendem Inglês ,alguns termos utilizados na recepção, relativamente a bagagem do cliente não foram os mais adequados.

Wonderful Apartment in convient location.
Modern clean and spacious apartment. Minutes to the rail station which takes you to some lovely places such as Vila Real and Tavira. We got a taxi from the airport to Faro rail station and then onto Conciecao, which was much cheaper than a taxi all the way. Nice pool in immaculate complex. Highly recommended.

Apartamento muito bem equipado, de acordo com o anunciado. Equipamento de praia a disposição, incluído bóias e toalhas. Excelente acesso a piscina. Tem um otimo barbecue, pena que ao ser utilizado o fumo encomode os restantes condóminos... Que nunca reclamaram, mas por bom senso deixamos de utilizar. Alguns pormenores de limpeza a ser melhorados. Se salientar a simpatia e atenção da Paula. No geral muito bom, se voltarmos a cabanas é um alojamento a repetir concerteza.

Excelente opção!
Não sendo a primeira vez em Cabanas de Tavira, optamos por um apartamento com melhor capacidade para 2 adultos e 2 crianças, em que as crianças não ficassem em sofás camas, e este apartamento acabou por nos surpreender pela positiva. Boa localização, bem equipado, o condomínio está muito bem tratado, a possibilidade de sair do terraço para a piscina é óptimo e o terraço em si para ser desfrutado desde manhã até ao final da noite é excelente. Se voltarmos a ficar em Conceição com certeza tentaremos ficar aqui.

De woning was prima!
Het appartement was heel sfeervol ingericht. Het enige nadeel was de grootte van het bed (135 x 190). Dat zijn wij niet gewend en dat wende ook niet echt. Ofschoon het appt. Op de begane grond ligt, moet je toch vier treden op ZONDER LEUNING om er te komen.

Bowling in winter sunshine.
The apartment is very comfortable and the location was ideal for what we wanted to do. We had perfect weather and bowled and met our friends. The train station is 3 minutes from the apartment and we used it regularly. It is a lovely part of Portugal with good restaurants.

4 glorious weeks
Four weeks of wall to wall sunshine. Lots of days out, Olhao, Fuzeta, Ayamonte and all the little beaches around Conceicao e Cabanas. Fab meals, good wine. Relaxing times round the pool. All comforts of the apartment,. What's not to like!!!

Really lovely, especially for families
This is a lovely, spacious, extremely well-equipped, apartment, especially good for families because of its easy access to the excellent pool. It is on the ground floor and the pool is just a few steps from the patio. The pool and gardens are well maintained and there are plenty of sun beds! The resort of cabanas is lovely. It is quite busy in the summer but not loud or tacky. Lots of fantastic fish restaurants. The beach is reached by a 2 minute boat ride which adds to the enjoyment and the views back to the resort from the beach are spectacular. Another good thing about the apartment is it is really close to the train station and we had some lovely days out in faro, villa real and monte Gordo and visited tavira in the evening, which is lovely. Will definitely be returning to this apartment again.

Lovely apartment and everything was has described.
We enjoyed very much our stay at this apartment and hope to visit again. The apartment has lovely and everything was has described. It was very nice to have direct access to the swiming pool from the apartment. We always had very good support from Mary replying to all our questions.

We have had a property in this area for fifteen years but only bought this one last year. We think it is just perfect.

Why they chose this property

If you are looking for somewhere comfortable inside with every amenity outside, spacious patio, barbecue and luxury pool, then this is the property for you. After being here for over 8 years now, we still love it.

What makes this property unique

Meet and greet. Paula will be at the apartment to greet you on your arrival, hand over he keys, show you where everything is and answer any questions you may have. Please note we do ask you to clean barbecue before you leave otherwise a €20 euro charge is made.
