About this property

Villa with private pool and garden. Private play area with slide, sandpit and play house. Quiet area, where you can enjoy the summer with your family. This is our usual residence, so it has all the comforts of home like Nespresso coffee machine, Roomba, alarm connected to Central Security, etc. Cleaning included once a week and maintenance of the garden once a week. Wonderful views to the sea and the bay of Fuengirola. Close to the Reserva del Higuerón, where you can enjoy Spa, Gym, Restaurant with Michelin Star, Paddle Club, etc. Many activities for children in the area such as Selwo Marina, Tivoli, Benalmadena Cable Car, Sea Life, Mariposarium, Park of the Dove, Mini Golf, etc. Beaches available within 2 kilometers. 20 km from Malaga airport, about 30 kms. Of Marbella and about 25 kms. From Malaga city, with quick and easy access to the A7 motorway.
