Oxford Street - perhaps one of the most famous of all in London and the location for this lovely two bedroom apartment. Based just off Oxford Street, this apartment in Soho Square will be a dream for those who wish to visit a classic garden square whilst staying in close proximity to the theatre district. Nearby, visitors will find many different restaurants, cafes, shops, theatres, and more within a simple walk. Furthermore, the tube will also not be necessary if the agenda includes The British Museum, Covent Garden, Leicester Square, Bond Street, Trafalgar Square, or even Piccadilly Circus.
As well as beautiful views looking out over the garden square, which dates back to 1681, this apartment is furnished a double bed and three singles. Normally booked by groups, there is plenty of wardrobe space and good space in general in the living and dining areas of the apartment. In the living room, a TV is provided and the kitchen has all the useful appliances including a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and a cooker. Finally, the bathroom has an Italian influence and boasts not only a bath, shower, and hand basin but also a bidet and toilet.
Once you factor in the foldaway bed, this apartment will cater to groups of up to six people. With this in mind, the apartment is spacious and offers everything a group would need. In addition to wireless internet, the apartment also offers central heating, hair dryer, security system, vacuum cleaner, towel-set, and more.
Nicely located for many of London’s classic sights, this apartment makes for a superb stopping point. What’s more, if you visit in the summer, you will also find all sorts of open air concerts and plays that take place in the square!

CHECK IN PROCEDURE:
Please note that whilst official check in is 1pm, we will try to let you check in before 13:00 should you arrive on an early flight. However, i this depends on whether previous guests are leaving that day so a same day changeover. We always do our best to ensure guests have a stress free check in and as little delay as possible. Once we have your full flight/Arrival information, then we will be able to confirm check in arrangements.
Check in times vary between 8am to 3pm Monday to Friday and only when we have your full flight/arrival information can we make check in arrangements. Outside of these hours or weekends, we will need to book our taxi service with key delivery.
OUT OF HOURS ARRIVALS Guests arriving outside normal office hours and weekends should be aware that the taxi transfer service is necessary, so that keys can be provided to the driver in advance, when our office is closed and the driver will ensure youi get into the apartment. The reduced rateTaxi service costs can be provided, depending on the arrival airport and how many people in the party
The taxi is totally NON profit making by us. We organize it for the comfort and security of guests arriving off a long flight and getting into central London. They are met inside the arrivals hall at the airport, helped to the cab and taken directly to the flat. We give the driver the key so there is no waiting around. We use a Licensed London taxi driver in the official London black cab (not necessarily actually black in colour) he is vetted and bonded by Metropolitan Police and is fully insured. The guests do not have to worry about finding the correct address and flat, wandering around the street with heavy luggage and they go straight in – no delays. The driver we use is very experienced, all our guests love him and ask him to take them back too because of the comfort and pleasant way to travel they experienced on arrival. However the return journey is totally up to the individual guests
If guests are not arriving by air but by car or train, whether it be internal or Eurostar, outside normal hours, we will arrange a personal out of hours meet and greet which is at a rate of £60 during the week ( Mon - Fri) until 17:00. Please discuss this with us when making your reservation. We will always try to help where we can.
Eurostar and other train arrivals: Please make sure that the train is scheduled to arrive at the London station terminus they arrive at before 1.30pm latest. This will give you the time to exit the station – this can be very slow – and there can be queues for taxis. Our aim is to ensure guests arrive stress free. During weekends ( Saturdays/Sundays and Public Holiday) our liasions offcie are closed. Therefore, we will arange a private transfer for you. The driver will meet guests at ondon station terminus and take them straight to the flat and make sure they get in safely. He will collect the key in advance and so taking into account the cost of the taxi, which makes it much easier for you.
IMPORTANT:
Sadly, occasionally guests do not give the correct information as to who and how many people will be staying in the apartment. In the UK there are strict regulations in respect of maximum occupancy levels. Therefore, please ensure that you provide the names of everyone in your group, and where there are children, please provide their ages. We reserve the right to refuse check in if the number of guests arriving exceeds the number booked.

We will disinfect all keys prior to passing keys to guests.
