This exceptional villa, is located in Patmos island, Alykes bay, and is ideal for 8 + 2 vacationers that want calm and relaxing. It offers 4 bedrooms, a furnished terrace and WiFi. We offer everyday cleaning in Summer free of charge (in Summer from 1/6 to 15/9).
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book in front of the fireplace or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including WiFi, a CD player, a radio, a DVD player and video games.
The kitchen is well-equipped (Miele) for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 12 or outside, on the balcony or on the terrace enjoying views of the sea.
The house has 4 comfortable bedrooms, 1 including a double bed, 1 including 2 single beds, 1 including a double bed and a private bathroom including a bath tube and toilet and 1 including a double bed and a sofa bed and a private bathroom including a bath tube and toilet. Several bathrooms are available, 3 with a shower and toilets.
The house features air conditionning, a washing-machine, ironing equipment, a vacuum cleaner, a desk, cleaning products and mosquito nets.
Notice that the cleaning, towels, bed linen and tourist tax are included in the rental fee.
Parking is available onsite and is private. Smoking is allowed. Pets are allowed. Parties are not allowed.

This luxury stone villa in Patmos island, Alykes bay, is beautifully decorated according to the Dodecanesian style and is located in an area of natural calmness and relax. Away from the stress of the cities it provides you amenities and tranquillity of the nature. It is a very spacious property with wonderful view to the sea water as it overlooks Alykes bay. The villa comfortably sleeps 8 people in the 4 bedrooms, plus 2 in a folding beds. It has 4 bathrooms one dining room and 2 living rooms. The traveler will enjoy the location as it is close to beaches and Chora. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and big groups. The sea is 150m away and the is best place to relax and get calm.
