The first Guest Room is a lovely retreat as well. It has a Queen bed, plenty of storage, its own TV and en suite bathroom as well. Everything is NEW! This Guest room also features lovely ocean views from the window, and tons of natural light. The second Guest Room has all new furnishings, featuring two Twin beds, a TV for entertainment and is perfect for all ages! There is an additional Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Living Area if needed.

You will find a brand- new, FULL- sized, front load washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience, as well as Mesh internet, which will increase Wifi Speed and capability!!

Shores of Panama is a 23- story Gulf- front luxury resort located in the heart of Panama City Beach. Great Views - Great Unit - Professional Management

We had a great stay! There’s a nice long view down the beach as well as a full oceanfront view. Tastefully decorated and cozy. We were able to have good coffee each morning thanks to the nicest Keurig I’ve ever used. Roku TVs throughout, except the master bedroom. The location was good, as it was close to a grocery store and several restaurants. The staff in the building were attentive and security constantly patrolled the parking garage. This unit was a relatively long distance from the parking garage. Well worth the walk though! The property management was top notch. We were sent a text as soon as we checked in to communicate easily and directly with them should any issues arise. We reported a slow draining tub as well as missing pillowcases and wash rags, and both issues were handled immediately. We stayed for three weeks and these were the only issues we had. Both Kayla and Beth were extremely friendly and responsive when we texted. For the most part, the furnishings were in good shape. Plenty of pillows and blankets. The toilet paper holder in the master bathroom was broken with signs of previous repairs. The kitchen pots and pans and the sofa in the living room sadly show signs of rough usage by previous renters. The sofa sunk so low it was nearly impossible to sit on comfortably. It was like somebody had a good time jumping up and down on it at some point. The love seat and the chairs in the living room and master bedroom were very comfy though! Highly recommend!

Nice condo with view

Nice decorated condo with view only wish bed was more comfortable. It could of been pillows we are not sure. Wish we had elevator closer to where room was the. One elevator was down the most of the week. Other than that which is out of control of owners of elevator issue nice clean condo just had sand on floor when we arrived we swept floors again however like we said you are at a beach and going to bring sand in. Again out of owner control. We loved our stay all in all and was glad we had the view we did.

Great property - wonderful views!

We were a family of five that stayed here between Christmas and New Year's for a baseball tournament. The condo was perfect for us and truly looks like the pictures. We knew of other families that stayed at the same property, and our room was definitely the most modern compared to the others. It had everything we needed, and everything was working properly. The views were amazing. Our kids enjoyed the pool (but it was very cold) and the hot tub. Everyone enjoyed the beach. I was nervous about the elevators after reading the reviews, but we did not have long wait times. This is because we stayed during the off-peak season. Also note, when staying during the off-peak season, a lot of restaurants were closed for the season or remodeling (e.g. Pineapple Willy's). Make sure you check the restaurant before heading over. The parking is a walk from the reserved space to the condo. One tip: when loading or unloading your car, park in one of the guest spots on the 12th floor. It's only one flight of stairs if you're carrying things and don't want to wait for the elevator. Will definitely consider this condo again if we're back in the area!

Room great...resort lacking

Our room was overall pretty nice. The only issues we had was not being able to lock the balcony. Could've been a little cleaner, but okay. As far as the resort, it needs work. One of the main reasons we booked at this resort was the pool area photos. We are rarely in the room on vacation. We probably spent a total of 10 mins in the pool over the whole week The pool was so cold we couldnt enjoy it (it never rained during our week, temps where 85ish each day) no matter when you checked the pool it was freezing. The indoor pool was the same thing. There is only one hot tub-it is a bigger one, but still only one. So with the pool being so cold it was always packed. Resort workers were not friendly. The resort needs pressure washing and a refresh. The ocean water was at least warm and beautiful!

Spring break

Extremely crowded. Lots of kid smoking pot everywhere. Pool chairs taken by 7 in morning being saved through out day. Elevators over crowded and some not working. 30 minute wait sometimes to get on Elevator. As far as room goes. Fabulous. Wifi didn't work entire time there. View was great. Also cable only worked one day. Over all a good family trip.

Family beach trip

Overall, our experience was very positive. The condo was clean, though smaller than expected. We had 4 adults and 2 small children, so the space was sufficient for us. The kitchen is very small, barely big enough for 2 to be in there together. The bedrooms and baths were large enough and the beds very comfortable. One problem was the lack of 2 operational elevators on our side of the building, which caused some long waits on the weekend. The views from the balcony were spectacular, as we had wonderful weather and incredible sunsets.

On our 2nd night in the condo about 1:30 a.m. the fire alarm went off and instructed us to immediately leave the property via stairwell only! After walking down the stairs 23 floors with a herniated disc in my back needless to say I was not very happy. If someone would have been on site they could have notified us that it was only a false alarm. 2days later same problem however it was 8:30 a. m. I did not leave condo again would have been good if someone would have let us know it was a false alarm!!! Other than this the stay was enjoyed.

Great vacation with the family.

Just a few things to note. We found some random pills on the ground the first day we were there. Thankfully our kids didn't find them. Not sure what kind of pills they were but that could have been dangerous if our kids found them. There was also random trash items found underneath the beds. The weather was rainy and windy and must have broken something on the roof. Something was banging around during the storms up there. Made it hard to sleep. The security or staff was able to fix that problem. The wind blew the 2303 sign off the door. We left it on the center island. Aside from these things, the vacation was amazing. The condo was perfect for us. We will be back again next year.

The unit was nice and well equipped. The pool area was beautiful and the beach was lovely. Our only complaint was the elevator system. Our unit was on the 23rd floor and it seems there were either not enough or some out of service elevators. We waited almost 30 min for an elevator on Sat check in.

Great views

The suite was incredible! The elevators, not so much... make sure and get to the property early and avoid using the elevators around checkin time, or find one of the lesser used ones on the property took us an hour to get on an elevator.

The parking deck is huge and confusing, we had to wait literally 25 minutes for an elevator when we arrived, then we had to find the lobby to get our parking passes. The room itself was okay but the experience wasn’t very good.

This is the second year that we have stayed in this same condo and we love it. The only thing that went wrong this time is I had a pair of prescription RayBan eyeglasses that I left in the room and whoever found them did not turn them in. Those were almost $800 glasses.

Dirty Condo

The condo was very dirty. It did not appear that it had been properly cleaned in a while. The cleaning deposit for a minimal cleaning was just that; minimal. The condo was probably cleaner when we left than when we go there. I personally swept and dusted in the closets and under the beds. For someone with allergies to dust mites this was totally unexceptable. We will not be back.

DO NOT STAY HERE

Part of our dissatisfaction is with the Shores of Panama; I will describe that at the end. Cleanliness - This unit was dirty when we arrived: -Sand on the floor -Food debris on the floor -Washer and dryer not working properly -Dishwasher would not finish a cycle -Rusty knives and kitchen utensils -Water damage to trim in bathrooms -Mold growing in the toilets Condition of the unit - Many things were damaged upon arrival -The refrigerator went from not cooling to freezing, then back again. -The curtains had holes in them -A vent cover was hanging off the wall -The kitchen counter was broken in front of the sink; not cracked, broken into multiple pieces -Wifi was not consistent in this unit; we used the wifi from a different unit during our stay -Some of the furniture was badly scratched Communication with Property Manager -This was primarily my husband calling and leaving voicemails, and sending text messages back and forth. -Maintenance was sent out more than once for the fridge and the dishwasher, and they seemed knowledgeable about the issues, but also were not authorized to replace the appliances. Overall, we would have simply left and gone somewhere else, but we could not find another location in PCB that could accommodate our group on such short notice. As for the Shores of Panama resort, there were many issues that we understand that the owners of this unit have little/no control over. We can't blame them, but anyone planning to stay here should understand: -Security told us different details for parking than the details we got when we made the reservation. Parking capacity is definitely an issue here. This unit *does* have a reserved space, but it was taken by someone else twice during our stay. Security will not remove the vehicle. The owner of the unit is the only one who can have the offending car towed. Luckily, each car has a tag with the unit # on it, so my husband was able to ask each party to move their car, after security told him that there was nothing they could do. -The beach was crowded. Florida in the summertime. Just be aware. -The pool was at capacity. Get there when it opens if you want chairs. -The first floor is carpeted, and smells strongly of decay and mold due to the wet feet and bathing suits coming in from the pool. -The elevator situation is serious. Many guests told us that elevators were getting stuck. Expect to spend a few hours carrying luggage, unless you pack light.
