This Custom beachfront home is perfect for big groups or anyone who wants the best. Offering 5 bedrooms, 2 of which are master suites with king beds, their own bathroom and private balconies. 2 more rooms add 2 more king beds and their own balcony's while sharing a bathroom. The 5th guest bedroom gives you a queen bed and guest bathroom.
The jewel and focal point of this house is the gorgeous backyard with its infinite pool and jacuzzi over looking the Sea of Cortez. Beautiful landscaping and lounging areas complete the picture.
The open kitchen, dining and living room take full advantage of the view with large windows and sliding glass doors.
The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you need, ready to entertain. There are gas and charcoal grills ready to be used along with a fire pit over looking the beach.
This house also includes a unique drive through garage and boat ramp right into the ocean. Perfect for launching small boats, jet skis and kayaks.
From this location you have the perfect spot to kayak or paddleboard with the dolphins who live in the bay.
The house has wifi.
Located right in the middle of San Carlos puts all of the necessary amenities within walking distance. Restaurants, Bars, grocery stores, convenience stores, the bank and of course taco stands.
The house and backyard are completely private and transports you into your own piece of paradise. The only downside is that once you are in the house you might not ever leave to experience the many other amazing views and experiences that San Carlos has to offer.

I'm just a father who has been blessed enough to move his family from Arizona to this amazing community of San Carlos.
The only thing I love more than San Carlos is sharing San Carlos with anybody I can. I've been building and designing homes for over 10 years in the area and being able to offer them to future and existing San Carlos lovers is a real joy.

Why they chose this property
This truly is a unique house for the San Carlos area. The location could not be anymore convenient, the views could not be better and the house could not have turned out better.
It can be difficult to find large homes with enough rooms to handle large groups. Which leaves many groups with the only option of renting multiple houses. This eliminates that cost and inconvenience while letting you do experience your vacation together in the most beautiful of settings.
Even if not for a large group, this house is for someone who wants a beautiful home with all the conveniences of home to better maximize their vacation experience.
