PROPERTY RULES
• No smoking
• No parties or events
• Groups under 25 years old are not allowed.
• No pets allowed
• Respect quiet hours from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am
• Do not exceed the maximum occupancy limit: up to 6 guests (including children)
• Do not leave trash or unwashed dishes on the property after check-out, otherwise, an extra cleaning fee will be charged
• Guests may be expelled from the accommodation without a refund if the rules are not followed.

TOURIST TAX
Tourists are required to pay the tourist tax, in accordance with local law in force: per person over 16 years old and per night

CLEANING AND DISINFECTION
• Cleaning and disinfection carried out between stays.
• Certified Ecolab cleaning products.
• Bed linens and towels washed at a minimum of 60º degrees.

SECURITY: Fire extinguisher, first aid kit, fire blanket.

CHECK-IN: Every day from 17:00 to 19:00
