Elegant apartment in the heart of St. Mark's Square, a few steps from the Church and the Guggenheim Foundation. Redentore Church is a great place to stay for a holiday in Venice. The apartment is located on the second floor. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with bathroom and a large laundry room with washer and dryer.

The back side of the living room has a beautiful view of the church.
Individually adjustable and independent heating.
From the apartment you can reach St. Mark's Square or Rialto bridge in just 10-15 minutes on foot through the Accademia Bridge.
Few steps away the waterbus stop "Holy Spirit" useful to reach the Lido in a very short time and "Health" stop from which you can reach San Marco square with just one vaporetto stop (1 minute). Just a few steps from the apartment there is also the gondola ferry to Campo Santa Maria del Giglio.
The entrance to the building is on Fondamenta della Fornace and from the airport.

Beautiful apartment with fantastic views
We have stayed in this wonderful apartment many times. This time we had some minor problems that were not addressed in a timely fashion because the usual host, Monica, was not available. Still, we would totally recommend this apartment when in Venice, and look forward to our next visit.

Beautiful property in fantastic area of Venice
The property is located in a quiet, but still very accessible area of Venice. Beautifully furnished, good wi-if, great views, had everything we were looking for and more. Monica was a wonderful host and very helpful.

Great place in Venice and awesome host
I would stay anywhere where our host Monica was managing a property. She was always quick to get back to me as we were planning our trip to Venice. She gave us good recommendations for tours and taxi. She met us when our boat arrived and even helped us with our luggage. She walked us through the apartment and gave us a few pointers how to get around Venice. The location was perfect for our family as it was short 2min gondala ride to St. Marks square or 10-15 min stroll. At night neighborhood was quiet and as Americans the AC worked great in our bedrooms. There is a grocery store right around the corner and plenty of restaurants. Loved hanging out on the balcony at night with our family. Would stay there again and recommend to friends.

Lovely apartment with air conditioning in a great location!
Monica was great! Gave lots of info about area. Met us on time. Apt. lovely with great views, on a very nice canal and is spacious, plus has air conditioning! A plus with separate controls in all bedrooms. So welcome after all the humidity we experienced! Made for restful sleep. Apartment on top floor up some steep steps (no lift). So hopefully have a strong back to being up suitcases. Woman on bottom floor annoying, but dealt with her rules (make sure you deadbolt the main door or she'll pop her head out the window). Take out coffee shop (60/40) a street over. Green grocers and wine shops nearby, quite a walk on backside of dosodouro for other supplies. Great to sit on deck and have some wine and watch the night sky. Nice towels. Vaporetto stops (Accademia stops going both directions very close by). Water taxi from airport can drop off at Messner Hotel which is about 30 feet away from Apt. large washer/dryer but not much detergent. The minuses: tiny shower stall in en suite bedroom. Water pressure not great in either bath. Mattresses were soft (some of our party were ok with that, others not). En suite bedroom had no closet or dresser, so lived out of suitcases. Other bedrooms did. One bedroom door knob fell off trapping two guests in bedroom. Luckily there were some tools in laundry and we managed to get them out. Couldn't close their door after that. Texted Monica about it, but she never responded. Had some ants in kitchen after leaving pastries and bread on counter. Second experience with homeaway, but not sure what landlords are supposed to supply. Had to buy more TP, no paper towels, no tissues. Hazard of summer on water, mosquitoes! Quite a few bites for all of us, but not apartment issue. Overall thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!! Would definitely recommend.
