La Corte del Gusto luxury Villa and Apartments are set in 10 acres in a spectacular hilltop setting in the middle of the rolling Le Marche countryside.
We offer three luxury self catering Apartments with private terraces and one 150 sqm Villa with its own landscaped garden. The 3 Apartments and 1 Villa have all the expected comforts and are uniquely designed, furnished with a keen eye for the details and vintage elements. They all offer fantastic views of the hills of Le Marche.
La Corte del Gusto is the ideal destination for travellers who are looking for a serene and relaxing environment in touch with nature in an excellent location to discover the beauty of the Marche region.
Completely restored with careful attention paid to using as many as the original materials as possible, the interior is finished in wood and the exterior is finished in stone maintaining the traditional character of the vintage building.
The green rolling Marche hills are the backdrop of the stunning infinity pool, the ideal place to stop and watch the sunset. The pool also has hydro massage jets which will help you (if needed) to relax surrounded by the wonderful nature.
A footpath has been created along La Corte border, prefect for a stroll and when in season fresh fruit and vegetables are available from the gardens.

Located inside the old barn of the estate with views of the Marche hills, it has a large terrace right next to the front entrance with a cover patio perfect to eat outside equipped with a rustic wooden original dining tables and sun beds. Downstairs you will find the kitchen with a dining corner and with a comfortable sofa bed. Upstairs in the attic there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Robust wooden beams, playful vintage furniture pieces and lovely terracotta tiles add plenty of personality to the interior of this rental.
