Our apartment is a very large 3 bed, 3 bath first floor ( middle ) flat centrally located in the well regarded El Presidente complex, being a 5 minute stroll to the beach and next door to the Marriott Playa Andalusia. We are in a lovely position, overlooking the beautiful central fountains and have a very large sunny west facing balcony ( 40 sq m ). All of the rooms are doubles with en suite showers to each. All of the bathrooms and the large kitchen were newly modernised a couple of years ago, as is the large lounge with new high quality furniture. The apartment is 167 sq m and unusually large and so plenty of space to feel comfortable, enabling 6 people easily. The furniture is modern as this is our second home and so it is furnished well and we hope our guests respect this - it is much nicer than many of the rental apartments available as it is furnished to suit our needs. There is full aircon in each room, and a large smart TV in the lounge with built in netflix. We have fibre optic WiFi and a strong Wi-Fi included . El Presidente has 5 lovely swimming pools including one outdoor heated, which is highly unusual in Spain. We are well positioned on the west side of Marbella on the new Golden Mile being a 5 minute car ride to San Pedro and the famous Puerto Banus, and 10 minutes into central Marbella. 10 minutes the other way is the lovely Spanish town of Estapona. We are well served by the bus route and the supermarkets ( a new Aldi is a 5 min walk ) and bars , restaurants are all within walking distance. There are also two lovely beach bars within a 5 and 10 minute walk on the beach. Our first floor apartment has the advantage of an underground car park space. El Presidente is one of the most prestigious and spacious well kept complexes in the area, being very close to the beach and Marriott with no road noise.

What a week we had, the villa was 100% perfect for us. Gorgeous villa set in a quiet complex, modern, spacious, spotless and comfortable. Len has got this right.

This place is absolutely amazing! From the smell of flowers to the beauty of the Andalusian architecture, this rental was top notch from beginning to end. The apt was comfortable, clean and spacious, very close to the 4 pools available to us. Beach at 5 minutes by foot. Everything was available at the apt: towels, linens, beach towels, even a few beers left in the fridge for us (which we replaced when we left). Beautiful terrasse. Great HVAC system. Very comfortable beds. 2 minute drive to ALDI supermarket. Host very kind and helpful. Highly recommend it!

Die Wohnung war sehr großzügig geschnitten, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Anlage hat einen sehr schönen Palmenbestand und wirkte sehr gepflegt, die Klimaanlage hatte bestens funktioniert, auch alle übrigen Elektrogeräte wie Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine, wir konnten sehr gut schlafen da die Anlage sehr ruhig ist. Ich würde die Wohnung sofort wieder mieten.

Fantastic apartment
Len and Nikki were very helpful right from the start of the booking. We were given all relevant information prior to arrival. The apartment was spotless and very well equipped. It was nice and spacious so the 6 of us were not on top of each other. We really enjoyed the terrace over looking the water fountains.
The complex was well laid out and we made good use of all 4 pools. Hopefully when the larger pool reopens next year it may have a baby pool which was the only thing we missed. However, our 3 year old soon got used to the pools and had a great time splashing around.
We hired a car - you do ideally need one when staying here and driving around isn't for the faint hearted!
We enjoyed nights out in San Pedro and Peurto Banus. Estopona was further away then we envisaged but we enjoyed a meal at Robbie's which I highly recommend. The taxi each way was 25 Euro's so it makes a night out rather pricey, if you choose not to drive. However there are buses to take as well.
In walking distance, we enjoyed the German bar called Scher Hof by the Aldi - very good drinks and food. You can also pick up pizza's there to eat at home.
We also had a Indian takeaway delivered to the apartment one night which was handy.
We enjoyed a day out at the water park and the zoo with the kids. A trip to Ronda makes a lovely day out! Plenty to do, we struggled to fit it all in to two weeks.
