The promise of sea breezes, possible sightings of whales/dolphins/surfers & the sounds of the breaking waves below, create a perfect getaway for both family gatherings & romantic getaways.There is seating on the wrap around deck, a gas BBQ and a glass wind break.!

- Driveway is slightly inclined - good for 2 cars
- NO Pets
- NO Smoking of ANY substances in the home, outdoor smoking is restricted to paved or concrete surfaces only
- Please be conscientious of your water usage
- Our Neighbors are Year-round residents - Please turn off ALL outside lights at night
- Exterior facing camera monitoring ocean conditions mounted in living room corner - camera does not observe any renter areas
