Breaking Waves is an idyllic 2 bedroom 1 bath coastal retreat, offering the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure for 4 of your favorite people. This cozy, original beach cottage is perched on a bluff, with stunning panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. The promise of sea breezes, possible sightings of whales and dolphins, and the rhythmic sounds of the breaking waves below, creates an inviting atmosphere for both family gatherings and romantic getaways.
Seating on the deck allows leisurely moments spent soaking in the natural beauty, perhaps with a good book and glass of wine simply watching the world go by.

- Living Room - Very Comfy, large couch and huge ocean views! There is a large screen Smart TV with DirecTV service, Blu-Ray player, streaming capable.
- Bedroom 1 - Comfy Queen bed- w/Ocean Views & sliding doors to deck. Open the slider and let the sound of the Ocean waves lull you to sleep
- Bedroom 2 - Comfy Queen bed. Ocean View Open the windows and listen to the Ocean below!
- Bathroom - with shower/tub combo
- Clothes washer & dryer
- Fast & reliable Wifi

OUTDOOR SPACES:
- Gas BBQ Grill - Propane provided
- Spacious back deck overlooking the ocean w/outdoor seating & glass wind

- 5 Minute walk to the trail leading down to the north end of the beach
- 2 Minute drive or 7 min walk down to the Beach. You can hear the Ocean
from the house!

- 4 Person Max Occupancy - Day or Night
- NO PARTIES / NO Large Gatherings - We are in a Private Community with an HOA
- 3 Car Maximum in Driveway / Gravel parking area - No On Street Parking
- Driveway is slightly inclined - good for 2 cars
- NO Pets
- NO Smoking of ANY substances in the home and due to High Fire Concerns, outdoor smoking is restricted to paved or concrete surfaces only
- Due to the severe water crisis at Dillon Beach, we are kindly requesting all guests be conscientious of their water usage
- Our Neighbors are Year-round residents - Please turn off ALL outside lights at night
- Exterior facing camera monitoring ocean conditions mounted in living room corner - camera does not observe any renter areas
