Florence Apartment great for families

Marco was a wonderful host very helpful and check in process was very straight forward. The apartment itself was very clean organized and had everything we needed. Best of all was the location right on the Arno River close to all the main sights. Would definitely recommend and definitely come back.

PERFECT location

You couldn't ask for a better place to stay in Florence. We parked our car in the garage around the corner (thanks Marco for the suggestion) and walked everywhere! It was PERFECT

Great Location!

We’d give the location 6 stars if we could. Easy walking distance to all major attractions on both sides of the Arno. The apartment is large and well equipped. The host, Marco, was very helpful with instructions getting to the apartment and moving around town.

Loved our quick trip to Firenze. Great location. Apartment on two levels was nice. A/C was not working but our weather was cool so not an issue. The entrance to the building and hallways were a bit dingy but the apartment was neat and clean. Thank you Marco for such a nice place.

Perfect Florence location

We had a fantastic stay in Florence. The apartment was comfortable and clean. It was wonderful to be right on the river and just steps from the Ponte Vecchio. All other sites were also easily walkable without staying right in the center of all of the hustle and bustle. We had a great time in Florence & hope to return one day. Thank you, Marco (and Vera)!

Great place

Great apt with a great host. Only drawback was the loud noise from the hvac system that runs all day but shuts off at night. That’s the only drawback. Otherwise great apt.

Perfect location by Ponte Grazie! Easy walking distance to all major museums and churches.

This is an amazing find. The location is perfect and the apartment is updated and very comfortable. The building is older and the hallways could use an uplift but once you step through the door to this apartment you will find everything you need. Marco was also extremely helpful and communicative even before we arrived. Check in/out was a breeze. Book this property. You will be pleased and delighted.

Perfekter geht es kaum, einfach nur KLASSE!

Das Objekt ist sehr sauber und in einwandfreiem Zustand, leise da es zum Innenhof geht. Die Lage für in die Altstadt einmalig, ca. 200 m zum Ponte Vecchio und 150 m zu den Uffizien.

Sehr schönes Appartement

Mille Grazie Marco per tutti. Es ist ein wunderschönes, sehr ruhiges Appartement in sehr zentraler Lage. Wir haben die Tage dort sehr genossen. Marco ist der perfekte Gastgeber es hat alles problemlos geklappt. Der kleine Supermarkt in der Nähe is sehr gut um Getränke oder was man sonst für denn Alltag braucht zu kaufen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall mal wieder das Appartement buchen.

Great Flat, Great Location

This was a great flat! My husband and I were so happy with our choice to stay here. It's close to all the major museums and Basilicas. The flat was very clean and as advertised. Everything was in good working condition. We felt very safe and secure there. Marco was a great help, and had some wonderful suggestions of places to see and things to do. Thank you again to Marco!

Charming, well appointed apartment in a wonderful location

The review title says most of it - we really liked the apartment. It was tastefully decorated, very clean, well equipped and was at once comfortable as well as highly functional. It was easy to live there for a week. The location is excellent: right on the Arno river, a short walk from museums, Ponte Vecchio, etc. There is also a Conad supermarket just around the corner - it was convenient enough that we went almost daily to buy fresh fruit and other staples. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning to stay again next time we are in Florence.

Quoi dire de plus? Très bien!

L'appartement est très bien situé à proximité des principales places et monuments, sur les rives de l'Arno dans un immeuble extérieurement coquet. Très bon accueil de la part de Marco, le propriétaire. Appartement très bien entretenu. On peut aisément y dormir à 4. L'équipement de celui ci est très correct, propre et pratiquement neuf. Le niveau sonore est acceptable même avec les fenêtres ouvertes à cette époque de l'année (mi-mai). Dommage que celles ci donnent sur une cour intérieure. Avec une vue sur l'Arno aurait celà aurait été parfait mais je pense aussi que le coût de la location aurait été plus important. On a pas eu de moustiques mais...? Le seul problème est le stationnement des véhicules dans Florence: rare et très chers mais ce n'est pas un problème spécifique à l'appartement. Pour un parfait accueil, il manque un présentoir avec quelques dépliants touristiques. Bon, on ne va pas chipoter... Un conseil: allez à Florence en avion si celà vous est possible. Pourquoi pas chez Marco? Attention la langue française n'est pas pratiquée. Italian & English only.

Très fonctionnel. Très bien situé. Attention TZL l'été - en limite hors période estivale. Propriétaire présent pour aider la préparation au voyage (parking, accès, lits...). Accueil personnalisé.
