Villa accogliente in ottima posizione
Siamo complessivamente molto soddisfatti della struttura. La villa dista meno di 10 minuti in macchina dal porto e 5 minuti a piedi da una delle spiagge più belle dell'isola. Bella anche la piscina e il patio all'ingresso. Stanze di buone dimensioni e casa molto godibile in generale. Unico appunto: molto scomode le docce, che non hanno un attacco al muro per il soffione. Il padrone di casa, Nikos, è stato molto gentile, sia al momento del check-in che nei giorni successivi.

Great stay in Krotiri
Alexander’s place was very well suited for our group of 9. We especially enjoyed the outdoor seating and dining area, as well as the distance to the beach and the beach chairs provided. While it is a shared pool for all of the villa, it was quiet in the mornings and evenings for a dip.

Couldn't be better!
This villa was perfect for our family of 8 adults. We had a beautiful view of Parikia harbor from the veranda, where we spent much of our time when not wandering about the island. There was plenty of room for all of us. A car is recommended, but you can easily catch a water taxi to Parikia from a nearby beach, where you can access the busses. Niko was there to initially welcome us and give us valuable information, such as places to eat and other recommendations. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, or better service, for creating lovely memories of Paros! Thank you very, very much.

Fantastic villa for families
The villa was a perfect size for our family, having enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate all 9 of us. The kitchen had a full size fridge and enough tableware/cutlery, etc to suit us for the week we stayed. Bedrooms were spacious. Bathrooms were a bit outdated but clean. The veranda was spectacular and provided amazing views of Parakia and the Port. Martello beach was within walking distance (under 1 km). Very family friendly beach with crystal blue water. The villa had beach chairs and sun umbrellas that we used when spending the day at the beach. There is a water taxi at this beach that will take you directly to Parakia. Would highly recommend that you rent a car if you are staying at this villa as it is not within walking distance of Parakia. We look forward to being able to stay at this villa again. Our host and staff were amazing!

Un séjour merveilleux
Malgré une arrivée un peu tumultueuse nous nous sommes installés dans cette chouette maison avec nos amis (au total 2 couples et 5 enfants). Les chambres du bas sont assez simples en termes de déco mais il y a un nombre très agréable de salles de bains (pas très moderne mais impeccables pour les vacances) et au final une fois les valises déballées on s y sent vraiment bien. Nikos qui nous a accueillis et a géré la location pendant notre présence a été hyper réactif et chaleureux. La piscine avait tournée quand nous sommes arrivés (abominable déception notamment pour les enfants, c était la consternation) mais en 24h le sujet était résolu. Nikos l a fait vider intégralement et remplir dans la foulée. Encore bravo ! La plage en bas de la maison est très très agréable et la vue de la terrasse est splendide. C est calme comme endroit. On s y sent bien, vraiment. Nous avons pu visiter l Ile très facilement car la maison est bien située je trouve sur Paros et la plage en bas est tellement bien que chaque matin la baignade aux aurores s imposait ☺️ Bref je recommande vivement. Nous ne sommes vraiment pas déçus. Ces vacances furent magiques à tous points de vue.

Amazing place
Everything is perfect : the house, thé location and the service. The beach is really 5 minutes Away and it is gorgeous. Nikos was always helpful and we particularly appreciated the change of sheets and towels halfway through our stay. We will definitely Want to come back !

Picturesque Villa with spectacular view
We loved our stay in the villa! 10 mins drive from port/Parikia. Villa is fully equipped with added bonus of air con in all rooms. Lovely pool which is shared but not busy. 10 mins walk from Martselo and Krios beach. Nikos - is super helpful with recommendations. The island has lots of great beaches so recommend hiring car/bike to get around. We were 2 families (10 of us) and had plenty of room.

Peaceful location with great views.
Conveniently located to port, near a wonderful beach. Maxed out the occupancy with (10 guest and always had plenty of hot water. Manager was friendly and helpful. Very clean and well stocked. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful stay
this villa is in an excellent location just ten minutes from the port and near one of the best beaches on the island. The villa was absolutely spotless and the services from the owner was second to none. It was really well maintained and the pool was clean, although there is no shallow end for infants. Nearby, Krios Camping was great for sunbeds on the beach and snacks throughout the day. Arodo is a really special restaurant with amazing seafood.
