The house was restored in winter 2017 with the help of an architect. It is located in the heart of the ancient village of Gaeta Medieval with a lovely terrace overlooking the gulf. The house with private entrance has three spacious bedrooms all with direct access to the garden terrace and a single bedroom, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living room with dining area. It is also equipped with an outside dining area under a pergola. You can walk to the best restaurants, bars and beaches. The accommodation is suitable for both couples and families.
Within a few minutes walk you can reach a large public parking lot.

Solo la terrazza non può valere ……il prezzo

Abbiamo soggiornato nella settimana di ferragosto, e purtroppo non abbiamo avuto una piacevole esperienza…non abbiamo trovato una casa pulita!! Lenzuola e asciugamani pieni di muffa in tutte le camere, ciuffi di capelli e peli lasciati a vista nel piatto doccia, tazze per la colazione incrostate, tanta polvere…insomma totale assenza di controllo da parte di chi gestisce la casa prima di consegnarla ai nuovi clienti! Nonostante avessimo avvertito Doriana, di questa spiacevole situazione, ci siamo dovuti comprare gli asciugamani e le tazze per la colazione! Le lenzuola pulite sono state recapitate a 2 gg dalla partenza…solo per una stanza ! Nella descrizione della casa andrebbe specificato che ci sono scale non proprio agevoli per arrivare!!! Un ulteriore consiglio, se volete evitare lo stress del parcheggio, richiedere il permesso ZTL quando prenotate, se non si vuole incorrere in multe e rischio di non poter più entrare dalle 21.30!! Peccato….
