Lovely beachfront villa, 5 bedrooms and private pool on the Mar Menor

Lovely Villa with lots of privacy, garden with several palm trees and swimming pool and its own beach access. It has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room, lounge and separate TV/games room for children. There are two large terraces on the top floor with views to the beaches. The ground floor has large entrance, living room, kitchen, double bedroom with en suite bathroom and a games room / TV room adjoining kids' bunkbed room (4 beds). The upstairs is divided into two sections with different access staircases. In one area there is a room with two beds and another double bedroom with en suite bathroom and private terrace. A spiral staircase accesses the master suite comprising bedroom, dressing room, bathroom and access to a beautiful,large terrace with 180º seaviews. It's the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. There is a garage, 8 sunloungers, barbecues, a ping pong table, a kayak, and much terrace furniture and beach chairs.

Family gathering
Juliet's house was the perfect spot for us all to be together. Lots for the children to enjoy with the beach by the house and the pool for cooling off or games to play in the garden. The Calabanque beaches about 30 mins drive away are fabulous with lots of bays to choose from and paths to walk if you want to explore the coast and hills.

Amazing
Very well equipped villa with everything you could possibly need, views and location is second to none. Juliet is a fantastic host with nothing being to much trouble from the second we booked to the minute we left, she was there to greet us on arrival and a lovely welcome pack left which was great after a early start, she even checked that we had arrived at the airport safely when we left. We had an amazing holiday and would definitely recommend and look forward to returning one day.

El chalet es una maravilla. Tiene todo para pasar unos días maravillosos: ubicacion increible con vista a los dos mares, piscina perfecta, barbacoa, diversos lugares donde comer en las terrazas laterales para evitar el calor, según la hora del día o la noche, unas puestas de sol increíbles, kayaks, bicis, mesa de ping pong,... La propietaria, Juliet, es encantadora, atenta y pendiente de cualquier necesidad que tuvimos durante nuestra estancia (hasta nos consiguió por Seur el café que necesitábamos). Un lujo.

Con Juliet fueron todo facilidades. Encantadora desde el primer momento. Al llegar nos había dejado fruta y bebidas. La casa tiene de todo manteles, vajillas,toallas de playa....aunque no tiene aire acondicionado es fresca por las corrientes y no lo echamos de menos. La situación sobre el mar menor con unas puestas de sol increíbles. Pudimos usar todo lo que había en la casa canoas, hinchables, bicis, ping pong....una estancia realmente perfecta. GRACIAS POR TODO! Nuestra familia ha disfrutado de verdas

Fabulous
Juliet your Villa is fabulous and very spacious, beautifully furnished with lots of personal touches, we had a wonderful family holiday made more special by your friendliness and kindness. The Villa is in a great location on the Mar Menor and only 15 minutes walk from shops and the Marina with plenty of bars and restaurants . We couldn't have asked for anything more. We will certainly be back in the future .

La atención de la propietaria ha sido estupenda. La casa es estupenda, y el jardín, la piscina y acceso directo al mar menor hacen que sea un lugar perfecto para vacaciones y descanso. No fuimos afortunados con el tiempo, pero volveremos seguro !!

Hello Juliet, we would like to thank you for a wonderful time at the villa .... The front desk was super friendly, the house leaves nothing to be desired. As previously posted by other guests in the villa everything that you could want. We had great fun playing table tennis, and kayaking or bike or or or ...... the location of the home is fantastic ... right on the Mar Menor and once on the street and you are on the Mediterranean ... I especially want to mention the absolute cleanliness of the whole house ....... the garden is well maintained and the pool is excellent and was cleaned during our stay ... great .... There was a great area for children, which was prepared with a lot of love ... We will definitely meet again .... Greetings and thanks from Hamburg ........... Ein Paradies......
Hallo Juliet, wir möchten uns für einen tollen Urlaub in einem traumhaften Haus und einer wundervollen Umgebung bedanken... Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt... Das Haus läßt keine Wünsche offen,von Handtüchern, Strandtüchern über Bettwäsche bis hin zum Babystuhl und Kinder Spielzeug...Strand Spielzeug oder oder oder..... Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß beim Tischtennis spielen,Kajak und Fahrrad fahren....faulenzen am Strand oder im Pool toben...der auch während unseres Aufenthaltes gereinigt wurde. Die Lage des Hauses ist einmalig, direkt am Strand vom Mar Menor und wenn man einmal über die Straße geht befindet man sich am Mittelmeer... Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Märkte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und leicht zu erreichen... Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die absolute Sauberkeit im ganzen Haus... und die liebevolle Dekoration in allen Räumen... Es gibt einen mit sehr viel Liebe gestalteten Kinderbereich, in dem sich unsere Enkelkinder sehr wohlgefühlt haben...und nicht nur die.... Alles in allem ein Haus in das wir jederzeit gerne wieder kommen und es ohne Einschränkungen weiter empfehlen können!!! Wir sehen uns mit Sicherheit wieder.... Liebe Grüße und vielen Dank sagen.... FANTASTISCHE VILLA OP EEN FANTASTISCHE PLEK
We hebben met de hele familie (9 personen) 2 weken in het huis vertoefd. Het is een fantastische plek, mooi ingericht, schoon en goed voorzien van alles wat men maar nodig heeft. Ook zeer geschikt voor kinderen. Een aanrader eerste klas. De verhuurders zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam en het huis was voor ons wel 10 sterren waard. Super, super, super. Bedankt Juliet en gr. Vacaciones en el paraiso!!!
Acabamos de terminar nuestras vacaciones en la casa y ha sido todo perfecto! Cuando llegamos Juliet nos estaba esperando y nos habia comprado fruta, refrescos... Estaba todo precioso, la casa mas grande de lo q parece en fotos, cada habitacion decorada al detalle y no faltaba nada, toallas, papel, todo lo que puedas necesitar. Hemos ido 10 personas y 3 perros y nos ha sobrado sitio XD La atencion de Juliet perfecta, en la cocina tienes un monton de sitios donde ir a comer y si tienes alguna pregunta te contesta enseguida. Estas cerca del puerto y un centro comercial a 20 minutos andando pero se hacen rapidos paseando por al lado de todas las playas. En resumen: playa, piscina, barbacoa, shopping... Vacaciones para repetir!!!

Es war perfekt !
Die Lage der Villa ist der Hammer. Von der Terrasse aus muss man 3 Stufen runtergehen und steht direkt am Strand vom Mar Menor. Zum Mittelmeer muss man bloß die Straßenseite wechseln. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 15-20 min Fußweg zu erreichen,mit dem Fahrrad (im Haus vorhanden) in 5 min. Die Ausstattung ist super. Von Kinderspielzeug über Babybett, Grill, Mikrowelle , Handtücher alles vorhanden....es fehlt an nix. Die Villa ist sauber und gepflegt. Wenn man ein Anliegen hat, ist die Vermieterin sofort zur Stelle und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen :-) Vielen Dank nochmal für die tolle Zeit Katrin, Jörg, Sarah, Kim, Uwe, Birgit, Felix, Vanessa und Neele

Perfect family holiday
We have just returned from a wonderful week at the villa. It is fantastic and the photos really don't do it justice. The villa is very spacious and the layout provided the option of privacy and family time as and when it was needed, perfect when you have three generations in the same house. Having access to the beautiful Mar Menor from the garden as well as the pool was perfect for us. We cannot thank you enough Juliet for the care you gave us. We were able to get hold of you throughout our stay and you were always happy to help. The welcome basket you provided on our arrival was also much appreciated after a long day of travel and a delayed flight - thank you! We all had a wonderful time and are hoping we may be able to return again someday. Wishing you all the best - Rachel, Daniel, Bridget, Jake, Emily, Tom, Tiffany, Reg and Ellen.

Great Villa
The villa is very spacious, clean and well equipped with beautiful furniture and accessories, everything we needed was there. The Garden overlooks the sea with large eating and BBQ areas along with a great swimming pool. You can step out of the back gate straight onto the beach which is sandy and quiet, with shallow water to suit all. The owner was a great and helpful asset prior to and during our stay providing answers to our numerous questions - The Cash family + Rosie the Labrador, Essex, England
