Gorgeous Gulf Front View Right on the White Sands of Pensacola Beach.

Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, Emerald Isle is a 17 story luxury high rise condominium. It is conveniently located within a short walking distance to Pensacola Beach Boardwalk Restaurants, Shopping, Water Sports and Fishing Pier. With an incredible view of both the Gulf of Mexico and Santa Rosa Sound. There are two pools, one is heated and a Jacuzzi on the beach side.

The Living Room and Master Bedroom each have floor to ceiling glass windows facing the Gulf of Mexico. Each have entry access to the balcony where you oversee the Beach Front and Pools/Jacuzzi.

Our 2 Bedroom/2 Full Bath Unit is located on the 14th floor, It features a private balcony with direct Gulf Views. One King size bed in the Master Bedroom with a Flat Screen TV. Two twin size beds in the Second Bedroom with a flat screen TV as well. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room for extra accommodations. Balcony has a table that seats 6 chairs.

Beautiful beach, convenient location

My daughter and I went to Pensacola Beach for Spring Break. The condo pool area was perfect (heated pool)! The condo balcony was perfect for each meal. The condo is spacious. Two bathrooms was a nice feature. The primary bed was soft and dipped to the middle. The best bed is in the 2nd bedroom against the window. The TVs were difficult to use, and the ones in the bedrooms didn’t work. The kitchen had everything you need to cook, which we did for most meals. There’s a wine fridge, air fryer, coffee pot, toaster, Keurig, and lots of pots and pans. There’s a number of spices, foil, parchment, and dish liquid. Bring more trash bags, paper towels, dishwasher pods, etc. We couldn’t use the oven. It kept giving a faulty sensor warning. I’m not sure the unit had been thoroughly cleaned for the upcoming busy season. It wasn’t bad but could use the floors mopped(scrubbed) and vacuuming under furnishings. The shower heads need some elbow grease too. Don’t let it deter you though. We both said we’d stay here again.

I don’t want to be boring/negative but we had nothing bad to say about the place. View was so good from the 14th floor that we bought binoculars just so we could watch dolphins, sharks and manta rays in the water. Never needed anything, it just felt like home.

A week on the Beach!

Property was great. Parking and access was easy to figure out. Beautiful location on the Gulf just down from the Pensacola pier. We had an amazing visit and will definitely rebook.

Our Home at Pensacola Beach

This condo is our PCB home away from home. 2024 marks our 10th anniversary family vaca at Emerald Isle and our 5th year staying in Patrick's unit. He responds quickly to any issue that may come up. He's always been XTRA accommodating and easy to work with throughout the rental process. Comfy beds, couch, entertainment and a great kitchen with staple items on hand plus nearly every kitchen gadget you'd seek to find. Our "must have" each year is a Crab Boil at the condo. A quick trip to Winn-Dixie on Gulf Shores is the place to go for various crab varieties ready to heat and eat! Grab your potatoes and corn, all the "crab cracking tools" you need are in the kitchen....and enjoy the feast at the big table on the balcony overlooking the glorious Gulf. Nothing better and for a fraction of restaurant prices. Thanks again, Patrick. See you next summer! Raines Family

The floors had sand all over them when we arrived. The condo was dusty and very outdated. Scratched paint, squeaky rusted doors, etc…. No smart TVs. Had to go out and buy a Roku. No batteries in Master bedroom remote control. Batteries not working in living room remote. Several outlets in bedrooms did not work. Many lamps in condo had burned out light bulbs. Very disappointed for the price we paid. Will be going back to Orange Beach……

Great Beach Condo

We've stayed at several condos at Emerald Isle over the past 8 years and this was definitely one of our favorites. The beds were comfortable, there is a huge couch in the living room, and lots of little extras you don't get in those units that are owned by big rental companies. We'll definitely be back!

Dont waste your money, pick a different unit

This is by far the worst condo I have ever stayed in. If there would have been anything else avaliable in the area we would have left. Unfortunately my entire family, grandparents and small children had to stay here due to there being no where else. The place was so unbelievably dirty. The showers were covered in mold, celings were black from dust on the ceilings fans, floors made your feet black walking on them, stove doesnt work, every closet is packed full of the owners junk leaving no where to store your own items, the toilet is broken, the door lock was broken, every dish was crusty with who knows how old of food, the master bed has stuff shoved under it, in an attempt to keep the middle from sagging. Its definitely not working as the blow up mattress we went and bought slept better. Theres is a charcoal grill on the patio which isnt allowed at the condominiums anywhere due to being a major fire hazard. There was also alcohol hidden in the cabinets which my teenagers found. Everything is super glued together that has ever been broken and never replaced. I just wish there was someway i could post all of the horrible pictures of this place to warn other people to just stay in a different unit. Vrbo really shouldnt allow this unit to be rented in the condition that it is. The only positive thing about this unit was the location. uunbelievably

Nice place!

Nice and spacious! Decor was great. Views and access to beach were convenient. King mattress needs to be replaced as it sinks in middle and the ice dispenser on the outside of fridge didn’t work. Overall great stay! Would stay again.

By far the best condo we have stayed in at Pensacola. It was clean and well stocked with the essential items. The manager was also very nice & amazing communication with us. Definitely booking again in the future.

Clean and Refreshed!

10 out of 10! Unit was very clean, well stocked with the basics which is very nice as we have rented other units that don’t even have salt and pepper. This unit had all the spices and coffee starters etc. Communication was speedy and clear. The view was just perfect. High enough to not see all the dolphins and stingrays but yet still close enough to see the surf! Definitely recommend this unit.

Best Condo

This was the 3rd condo we stayed at in the last 12 months and it has been by far our favorite. The location is perfect. This unit is stocked with everything you can think of. The view is stunning! Having the glass balcony handrail is a game changer. We will rent this unit again for sure!
