Mulino di San Loreto is a stone built mill lovingly restored using local traditional materials,set in a beautiful wooded valley with swimming pool surrounded by stunning gardens, sun loungers, sun umbrellas and pool towels provided. Two covered patios for outside dining one with barbecue.

It has a beautiful open plan farmhouse kitchen fully equipped with table and chairs, opening into spacious comfortable lounge with two sofas, fireplace, tv, stereo, with a separate dining room. It now benefits from gas central heating, double glazed Chestnut windows, a wood burning stove and open fireplace making it ideal for winter stays. That said, being stone built the Mill is cool during the hot summer months making it the ideal retreat for any season. The bedrooms are individual, each with its own luxury en-suite shower room. We are ideally located just 5 mins from Bagni Di Lucca where you will find a range of superb restaurants and bars, shops, thermal spa + thermal swimming pool and sports facilities. Plenty of private parking on premises.

Alte Mühle mit Charme
Wunderschöne alte umgebaute Mühle. Wir hatten bezaubernde 2 Wochen in diesem tollen Haus und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das gesamte Grundstück ist in Etagen an einem Berg angelegt und man hat sowohl vom Haus wie vom Pool eine gute Sicht in die nähere Umgebung. Die Vermieter wohnen mit im Haus und sind sehr diskret. Wir hatten den tollen Pool und den Garten für uns komplett allein. Die Sauberkeit und die voll eingerichtete Küche haben uns schlicht beeindruckt. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und liebevoll zusammengestellt. Es gab 2 vollwertige Schlafzimmer, sowie 1 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten. Alle Zimmer hatten ein separates Bad mit WC und Dusche. Auf der unteren Etage war die große Wohn-Küche, ein großer Wohnereich und etwas separat ein kleines Esszimmer. Wir haben am großen Tisch in der Küche gegessen und im kleinen Zimmer Karten gespielt. Der Pool ist so gut wie neu und sehr gepflegt. Die Größe war perfekt, es gab Liegen, eine Dusche und Sonnenstühle, Da das Grundstück direkt an einer Straße liegt muss man sich etwas an die Lautstärke gewöhnen. Leider ist im direkten Umfeld wenig zu entdecken, es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt, eine Pizzeria und einen kleinen Eisladen ( der ist mega ). Alles andere haben wir in Lucca gefunden ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Für entspannte Tage mit der Familie war es absolut in Ordnung, auch ein kleiner Ausflug zum Meer war drin. Vielen Dank nochmal für diesen schönen Urlaub…..

Wunderschön!
Herzliche Gastgeber. Die Tiere empfanden wir nicht als störend, ganz im Gegenteil. Der Pool war eine herrliche Erfrischung in den heißen Augusttagen. Liegen für alle und schöne Sitzecken im Garten. Holz für den Grill und Pizzaofen gab's ausreichend. Einkaufsgelegenheiten in der Nähe. Das Haus verfügt über alles was man braucht. Einziges Manko - WLAN war nur im Wohnzimmer verfügbar - was dazu führte das die Jugend es dauerhaft beschlagnahmt hat;) Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der grünen Toskana sehr genossen!

Kill that Rooster!!!
The place is nice and the facilities are top notch. We missed nothing. Fantastic setting with a beautiful garden and a lovely pool area. The hosts are sweet and friendly. Top recommends from all of us for property and hosting. The road noise is ok, but will probably annoy some people. The dog Fritz is sweet and loving. It barks a little at night, but it is livable :-) The place's rooster crows wild at sunrise (04.45-06.00) and is the WHOLE reason to AVOID the place. It is unbearable and so annoying that we could NEVER dream of recommending the place. Unfortunately, because the place has so much else to offer.

Sehr schöner erholsamer Aufenthalt
Haus und Garten sind wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch sonst ist alles , was man braucht vor Ort. Das Anwesen liegt außerhalb des Ortes mitten im Wald, von grüner Natur umgeben. Der Pool ist neu angelegt und bietet eine tolle Aussicht auf die umliegenden Hügel. Die Vermieter wohnen im Haus (unten) und kümmern sich um die Anlage. Einziger Wermutstropfen sind die Autogeräusche der Straße, die im Tal unterhalb verläuft.

A real toscana house full of harmony
It was a perfectly furnished apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay, even four different types of making coffee :) Pool was cleaned every day, the house itself was in a perfect condition. Magda and Jan were very friendly and helpful hosts!

Lovely setting and high standard of accommodation
Owners made us feel very welcome and the house was very well stocked with things you sometimes have to buy e.g. cleaning stuff. Location is good for quick access to nearby facilities. Entry off the main road is tricky the first time but easy to get used to. Some nice relaxing corners in the extensive gardens. Would recommend to couples or families. Area is busy but a rather neglected part of Tuscany.
