About this property

Nice holiday home of 134 m2 on two levels directly to Swedish bathing lake in a forest with only two neighbors. The house is situated high above the lake with a beautiful view over the lake Södre Gussjö, from where you can swim, fish and sail from the sandy beach.

The house contains 4 bedrooms with 9 beds, 2 large living rooms, TV, Blueray / DVD, Wii, internet, air conditioning, dishwasher, washer with dryer, sauna with steam room and whirlpool

Wilderness bath, campfire, barbecue, playground, trampoline, electric powered raft and canoe

In the garden there is a large terrace with wilderness bath, garden furniture, 2 soccer goals, hammocks, campfire, barbecue, playground and trampoline.

There is a large (12 m2) electric-powered timber fleet with table and chairs, so you can sit comfortably while sailing around the lake.

The house also has a 4-person canoe and 4 adult and 2 children's bicycles.

The house is situated on a 2. 400 m2 natural plot in a forest - besides two neighbors, the nearest settlement is 1 km away.

Ein Haus am See

Das Haus bietet einen tollen Komfort .Sauna. Whirlpool Wanne , Hot-Pot gut ausgestattete Küche. Toller Blick auf den See. Das Floß ist ganz neuwertig der Motor könnte eine Nummer stärker sein ,wir hatten sooo viel Wind da hätten wir uns noch ein kleines Boot mit Motor gewünscht . Im Sommer braucht man auf jeden fall die Klimaanlage, die vorhanden ist. Der direkte Badestrand ist sehr schön, die direkten Nachbarn haben wir nur einmal gesehen. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zu frieden.

4 Tage voller Freude

Die Buchung war sehr einfach, der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter ist sehr unkompliziert für alle Fragen zu stelle, das Haus einfach nur zu empfehlen, die Lage ein Traum. Leider waren das ein oder andere etwas anders als erwartet. 1. die Waschmaschine ist nicht vorhanden obwohl es im Angebot aufgelistet wird, Problem für Reisende wie uns die extra wenig Sachen dabei haben und dann 4 Tage nich waschen können. 2. Die aufgelistete Spielekonsole( Wii) auch nicht vorhanden, trotzdem aufgeführt. 🤔 3. Die Sauna ist leider viel zu schwach, max Temperatur 60 Grad, da schwitzt man beim Kochen mehr als da drin, sehr schade. 4. Das Floß das uns als Gruppe so so fasziniert hat und die Monate lange Vorfreude gefesselt hat, war am Ende leider ein extremer flopp, die Akkus lassen sich nicht mehr richtig laden, wir hatten alle 4 Batterien über 24 Std an der Dose, Ladegerät sagt 100%, okay, anschließen und los, nein leider reicht der Spaß für 20 min 😑, sind los und nach 3 min war die erste Batterie leer und so erging es allen anderen, am Ende waren alle enttäuscht, pro Kw/h 3 DKK zahlen und am Ende hat sich es nicht gelohnt. Trotzdem gebe ich 4 Sterne da mir die Lage und alles weitere wie, kostenloses Holz oder der Pool auf der Terrasse mit kostenlosem Wasser die Lage und das Ambiente komplett überzeugt haben.

Wir waren mit den 3 Söhnen im schönsten Hus, das wir je im Urlaub kennengelernt haben. Ein Ort mit Herz. Für die Mama wegen den moosbewachsenen Wäldern, der schönen Bucht, dem lichtdurchfluteten Haus aus Fenstern...für die Jungs (15,16,18) wegen zahlreichen geangelten Fischen auf einem genialen Elektrofloß, Stand-up-paddeln und Kanu - für alle wegen Fisch an der feuerstelle, im Erdofen und in der wunderbar ausgerstatteten Küche. Wir hatten genau ausreichend kühlere Tage um den Jacuzzi zu genießen und man hat dort genug Vertrauen, um eine Werkstatt frei zu stellen mit Motorsäge, um Holz dafür zu machen. ( nur wenn man will) Sehr cool für die jungen Erwachsenen. Wir waren als Eltern im Schlafzimmer mit Blick in den Sonnenuntergang und den See...unglaublich! So - genug - ich glaube dieses Haus braucht eh keine Werbung - Ganz herzlichen Dabk für alles!!

Traumhaftes Haus am See

Das Haus entspricht genau den Beschreibungen und den Bilder. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super. Es gab eine ausführliche Anleitung zu alles im Haus und mit hilfreichen Bildern. Das Haus ist gut für 4 Erwachsene und 2-3 Kinder geeignet. Von dem einen von 4 Schlafzimmer hat man einen herrlichen Seeblick. Alles ist sehr hell durch die großen Fensterfronten. Das Bad ist sehr gut ausgestattet, ein zweites WC wäre jedoch wünschenswert. Die Küche ist mit alles,was man braucht ausgestattet. Im Außenbereich gibt es gefühlt 1000 Sitzmöglichkeiten. Auch hier steht der Seeblick im Vordergrund. An der Feuerstelle kann man noch richtig rustikal grillen oder Stockbrot backen. Einen große Spielwiese für Kinder ist vorhanden und natürlich das geniale Badefass für die Erwachsen eine absolute Besonderheit. Das sollte man unbedingt nutzen. Auch die Sauna und Außendusche sind sehr gut durchdacht. Aber das absolute Highlight ist natürliche der eigene Seezugang, der Sandstrand, dass Floß mit Motor und das Kajak. Alles ist gut gepflegt. Pilze waren wir auch in der Nähe suchen. Alles im allen können wir das Objekt zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Es ist zum Abschalten des Alltages sehr geeignet. Uns wurde in den 2 Wochen nicht langweilig. Wir danken den Vermietern sehr für den schönen Urlaub.

Fantastiskt läge och bra utrustat boende. Tillgång till mycket aktiviteter, strand, kanot, grillplats, badtunna m.m. Mycket aktiviteter i närområdet och fin natur. Smidig kontakt med fastighetsägaren.

Väldig fin stuga med många sovpatser,det mesta man kan behöva fanns I huset..Fantastiskt utsikt och läge,så fridfullt och mysigt! En kanongelg och inget att klaga på..Tack för vi gick tillbringa helgen i ert fina hus ,kommer att rekommendera detta till andra..mvh Birgitta och Patrik.

Fantastic house and ever all experience,best place for a weekend stay

Fantastic house that has everything in it. The stay was amazing. I definitely recommend it for a weekend stay(or longer) both for a family and for a group of friends. The area around the house is very nice too. Berries and mushrooms are everywhere in the nearby forest. Ricco was very helpful when I had some small questions about some functionality of the house. I will definitely consider coming back to this place!

Beste Lage mit schönem Ausblick - Auch für Angler geeignet

Ein sehr friedlicher und ruhiger Ort zum Entspannen. Mit dem Kanu oder Floß kommt man auch an einen anderen, noch abgelegeneren, Strand. Zum Angeln sollte man den See ca. 30 min hochfahren, bis in einer idyllischen Ecke die "Stromschnellen" zu sehen sind. Hechte von 40-80 cm sind kein Problem. Lediglich die Fahrräder waren leider nicht verwendbar, da die Reifen immer Luft verloren haben...kann passieren. Einen wirklichen Minuspunkt kann man nur für den Reinigungszustand geben, da jeder Gast für die Endreinigung selber Zuständig ist. Da kann man sich vorstellen, wie selten beispielsweise der Boden gewischt wird... Auf den ersten Blick war alles sauber, aber es ist kein Vergleich zu einer wirklichen Reinigunskraft mit einem Putzplan. Hier hätten wir lieber noch zusätzlich für eine Endreinigung bezahlt. Dann hat man am Ende selber weniger Arbeit und zum Einzug ein besseres Gefühl. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind und die Nutzung des Badezimmers war kein Problem. Jedoch würden wir das Haus niemals mit 6-9 Personen mieten, da ein einziges Badezimmer definitiv viel zu wenig ist. Dazu sollte lieber auf Gewinnmaximierung verzichtet werden und ein Zimmer beispielsweise zu einem kleinen Sportraum umfunktioniert werden. Für Freizeitaktivitäten stehen ausreichend Geräte und Spielzeuge für jede Altersklasse zur Verfügung. Als Luxusferienhaus, wie im Anzeigentitel erwähnt, würden wir es nicht beschreiben. Die Einrichtung ist leicht in die Jahre gekommen und augenscheinlich überwiegend von Ikea. Aber die Austattung an Geräten bzw. Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten könnte kaum besser sein. Mit einer Endreinigungspauschale würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder kommen ;) Insgesamt ein schönes Haus/Grundstück mit massenhaft Möglichkeiten sich zu Beschäftigen oder zu entspannen. Super schönes Haus mit tollem Ausblick

Wir haben zwei Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht ! Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und das tolle Ausblick genossen ! Fahrt mit Wasserflohs ist sehr zu empfehlen!
