Our luxurious spacious 2 bed/2 bath Apartment 67 offers guests a private balcony with fantastic views across Hemel Hempstead Town Centre and the countryside. The property provides spacious, carpeted accommodation and is is on the 8th floor (lift and stair access to all floors) and can sleep up to 6 guests.

The living room provides a TV, DVD player, a double sofa bed, dining room table and chairs. Top of the range Sky + TV is provided free of charge with access to over 300+ channels. Wifi is also complimentary. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, glasses, cooking utensils and pots and pans. There is also a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, toaster, microwave and oven/hob. We do provide an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar and cereals, along with laundry and dishwasher products, cleaning materials, tea towels and cloths.

The master ensuite bedroom is a sumptuous Hypnos bed which can either be configured Kingsize or twin (please request on booking) The second bedroom has a double bed. Both bedrooms have wardrobe space with hangers. All linen and towels are included along with a weekly housekeeping service. We also provide an initial supply of toilet rolls and washing products such as hand soap.

Secure onsite parking is also complimentary with remote key access to the car parks which are on the first 3 levels of the building and are located with our emblem "AB" on the parking space wall. Additional parking spaces are subject to availability and a daily fee will apply (please ask on booking). There is no smoking in the apartments, but there is a roof terrace on the 8th floor where smoking is permitted.

We truly are a home from home experience and all you need to do is turn up and enjoy our comfortable facilities.
