This detached single storey cottage is located in the village of Welshpool in Powys and can sleep four in three bedrooms.
Hafan is situated in Llanerfyl, Welshpool overlooking beautiful countryside views of Mid and North Wales and into Shropshire, or for enjoying the outdoor activities in the area. There are three bedrooms and can sleep four people. In the property , there is a well-equipped country style cosy and sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside brings you to a lawn garden with a patio. At the back of the cottage is a beautiful decked seating area with gas BBQ and hot tub. Hafan is ideal for a family, couple or two friends all year round.
Amenities: Oil central heating and wood burning stove. Electric Oven and Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Combi Pod Coffee Machine (pods not included), Washing Machine, Slimline Dishwasher. External utility with freezer. TV with Freeview, DVD, Bluetooth speaker, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot available on request. Ample off road, private parking. Secure bike storage. Large grounds and gardens with side lawned garden, front patio with furniture and rear decked seating area with table and chairs, gas BBQ and hot tub. Garden is enclosed by a fence. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: Due to slopes in garden and open stream children are to be supervised at all times.
