Superbe

C’est un appartement spacieux, propre, avec tout les outils nécessaires pour passer un beau séjour en famille. En effet, c’est plus beau que l’on aperçoit sur les photos. Un logement à deux pas de la plage, c’est vraiment pratique. Autour, vous en trouverez plusieurs plages sans avoir besoin de prendre la voiture. Sinon, la cote direction Nervi est magnifique. Cela vaut le détour. L’accueil et le suivi de notre séjour par Rosanna, me laissèrent une très bonne impression. Jusqu’au dernier jour, elle fut soucieuse si tout se passait bien, et si on avait besoin de quelque chose. Très bel expérience pour ma fille et moi. On a hâte de renouveler l’expérience !

Nice Trip in beautiful Quinto al Mare

The Flat is really nice, clean and perfect for two people, everything you need for a short trip. But the environment is very loud and noisy with trains seemingly going trough your bedroom. Very nice flat, a bit too close to the tracks. But Quinto al Mare is super-beautiful and worth a trip. The beach is only a few meters away! Rosanna, the host, is very kind and helps where she can, thank you!

An excellent apartment. All the amenities you could want. Shops, banks and restaurants are all close. Very convenient for the very regular bus and train services to central Genoa and Nervi. Great communication from the owner Rosanna. She was very kind to come and pick us up at the local train station in bad weather. I would definitely recommend this property if you wish to visit the beautiful city of Genoa.

Una buona offerta per un ottimo soggiorno

L´appartamento e pulito in un posto tranquillo. I treni non hanno disturbato. Tutte gli negozzi alimentari sono vicini. Un buon posto per soggiorne con bambini. Signiora Rosanna è piacevole nella comunicazione, attenta e premurosa. Die Wohnung ist sauber und ist an einem ruhigen Ort. In der Wohnung gibt es zwei Klimaanlagen, Gasherd, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank. Alles funktioniert wunderbar. Von der Terrasse werden Sie einen Blick auf den Bach genießen, der darunter fließt. Die Züge störten nicht. Alle Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein guter Ort, um mit Kindern zu bleiben. Wir haben so einen wunderschönen Urlaub gehabt! Signiora Rosanna ist angenehm in der Kommunikation, aufmerksam und fürsorglich.

Ottimo!

L'appartamento è esattamente come in foto (forse anche meglio), fornito di tutto il necessario per rendere il vostro soggiorno comodo e confortevole: cucina attrezzata, biancheria per camera e bagno pulita, wifi, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, asse da stiro...insomma c'è davvero tutto! Situato a 2 passi dal mare e dal centro, la zona è molto tranquilla, magari poco adatta a chi cerca movida e locali, perfetta invece per chi vuole pace e relax. La padrona di casa si è rivelata estremamente gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo!

Il soggiorno di questa breve vacanza e stato incantevole. Locazione dell'appartamento perfetta vicino a supermercati,pizzerie e gelateria, vicino ci sono anche delle piccole baiette di spiaggia. I proprietari sono molto cordiali e disponibili a ogni nostra richiesta. Non vedo l'ora di ritornarci per un'altra breve vacanza.

Excellent holidays!

Very comfortable apartment! You will find there everything you need for daily life. The owner is very-very kind and responsive. We had a great pleasure of communicating to Rosanna, and we indeed hope that one day we will come back there. We would recommend to everybody, who comes to Genoa, to stay in this apartment. Despite the railway is not far and you can hear trains from time to time, you won’t pay any attention to this fact in one day. The beach is just 2 min of walk. All shops and restaurants are very close, so you won’t need to take a car. We had such wonderful holidays!!!

All'altezza delle aspettative

Ho soggiornato 3 giorni con una mia amica e ci siamo trovate benissimo. Ottima pulizia, ottima posizione e Rosanna è stata gentilissima. Assolutamente da prendere in considerazione di nuovo.

Blown Away

We will never forget the incredible kindness of Rosanna. From the first contact, she was helpful in advising on transportation options and suggesting activities and places to eat. She met us at the train station with a car to transport our luggage to the apartment. The apartment was very clean and nicely furnished and close to the sea, shops and the train station. After we checked out, we realized we left a celphone in the apartment and were on our way to Milan. We were going to return to pick up the phone which would have taken 6 hours round trip but she insisted on delivering the phone to us personally in Milan the same day. I was in tears from this unexpected and extreme act of kindness. Rosanna you were our angel. Thank you, thank you!

Ottima localizzazione

L'appartamento è in zona quinto vicinissimo al mare e in un quartiere attivo e pieno di negozi, è situato in una via privata quindi calma. Rosanna è molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento molto pulito, i letti erano fatti e tutta la biancheria a disposizione. Per concludere lo consiglierei e torneremo.
