JE DÉCONSEILLE FORTEMENT CETTE LOCATION

quand on pars en vacances c'est en principe basé sur le repos, impossible dans cette location les matelas sont usés et vous sentez tous les ressorts, tout le matériel de cuisine est usagés ou cassés, vous ne pouvez pas jeter le papier dans les toilettes vous devez mettre dans une petite poubelle autant vous dire que ce n'est pas hygiénique, un parking est indiqué dans l'annonce c'est faux pas de parking privé, un canapé 2 places pour une location pour 4, une télévision de 30cm, et surtout ce qui n'est pas précisé c'est que les propriétaires sont dans les lieux, ils utilisent régulièrement la piscine difficile d'y aller, d'autre part sachez que si vous avez des invités l'accès à la piscine est payante et pour finir il y avait un chien qui tous les jours pendant notre séjour qui se lementait a partir de 6h du matin 😈 nous avons fait venir la propriétaire pour lui parler de tous les problèmes visiblement aucun respect de la clientèle elle n'est jamais revenue vers nous même pour nous ramener une boîte d'allumettes pour elle un briquet était parfait pour la gaziniere ! voilà ce que l'on peut vous dire sur cette location , les propriétaires attachent beaucoup d'importance sur les extérieurs et ne s'intéressent pas au bien être de leurs clients et a cava Dalida vous n'avez même pas une boulangerie. ......

bella piscina, deludente appartamento

Il punto forte dell'appartamento è la bella piscina, il punto debole è tutto il resto : l'appartamento ha un arredamento scarno e fatiscente, le stoviglie sono poche, scadenti e mal assortite (per scaldare il latte dovevo usare una padella...) , l'aria condizionata è presente solo in soggiorno e nelle camere si moriva dal caldo. L'unica soluzione sarebbe stata tenerla accesa anche di giorno ma, sorpresa rivelata all'arrivo, dopo i primi 10 kw di consumo al giorno si sarebbe dovuto pagare quasi un euro al kw consumato (considerando che il condizionatore consuma più di 1 kw all'ora il prezzo dell'appartamento, già caro per gli standard del posto, sarebbe lievitato ulteriormente). Le camere erano fornite di materassi scadenti, sfondati quelli della cameretta e con molle cigolanti e scomode nella camera matrimoniale . La sala da pranzo è arredata da un divanetto 2 posti rivolto verso un reperto preistorico di Tv 15" a tubo catodico con decoder per il digitale terrestre che per accenderla serve un libretto delle istruzioni e per vederla un binocolo. La vera chicca è il bagno, piccolo e sgangherato, dove troneggia un cartello con scritto di non buttare la carta igienica nel water ma nel cestino a fianco (le mosche ringraziano). La doccia non ha un box (perchè il water è appiccicato e non sarebbe accessibile) e neanche un piatto doccia ma è presente un incavo nel pavimento e una tendina di plastica paraspruzzi. Questo fa si che, ad ogni utilizzo della doccia, il bagno si allaghi anche perchè lo scarico funziona male. Gli asciugamani per la doccia sono costituiti da dei vecchi teli mare infeltriti ...... La distanza dell'appartamento dal mare è di circa 600 metri ma con un notevole dislivello (che si fa sentire in salita sotto al sole) per cui è consigliato spostarsi in macchina. La proprietaria è gentile ma questo non basta
