Ocean Village is a gated community with 24/7 protection. The resort features 5 swimming pools (heated in winter), 10 tennis courts, and a 9-hole, par-27 executive golf course (longest hole 175 yards - shortest hole 70 yards) which is free in the Off-Season and has a $8 green fee from about Dec 20 thru a week after Easter. The resort also has its own 4-Star restaurant which is located next to the largest of the 5 swimming pools. Also featured next to the pool is a pool-side Tiki Bar which is open for food and drinks about 4 or 5 days a week depending on the weather, a 'kiddie pool' for small children, a hot-tub, a Bocce court, and an exercise room with sauna and shower facilities.

Please note that the main pool is currently under construction with an anticipated opening date in 2025, there are other pools on the property that are still open and able to be used. **The restaurant and tiki bar are also currently being upgraded and are not available.
