charming house charentaise renovated (antique furniture, original decor) in a hamlet in Varzay, 11 km from Saintes (32 km from Royan and beaches). Pool of 10M X 5 M on ground wire and out of sight. Heated at 28 °. Salt filtration.
Sleeps 7 people. On the ground floor a large bedroom (bed 160X200), a bedroom (bed 140X190), a large kitchen / dining room (fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker filter and coffee maker nespresso), a bathroom with large walk-in shower, a separate toilet, a living room with fireplace. On the floor a big room with two big beds (140X190 and 120X190) and a closed bathroom with WC and washbasin. The house is extended by a large terrace (table, chairs, hammock and deck chairs) and a large unfenced garden (with barbecue) and enjoys absolute calm.
