Confort acceptable sans charme
Superbe situation, au calme, au cœur de la paisible ville de Montigny. L'espace extérieur n'est pas vraiment une terrasse : une bande d'environ 1 mètre de large qui fait le tour de la maison. C'est suffisant pour un café ou un apéritif au soleil :). Douches en partie douteuses, on peut discuter du confort des lits et des canapés. Nous les avons trouvés tout au plus corrects. Le chauffage était médiocre, le radiateur de la cuisine ne fonctionnait pas chez nous, avec une température extérieure de 4 à 8 degrés, nous avons à peine réussi à chauffer la maison. La maison n'était pas très propre, tout au plus superficiellement. Le charme décrit nous a manqué. Un peu sans âme, pas d'accueil, tout est anonyme. Mais : communication et déroulement au top. Pour ce prix, on trouve définitivement des logements de bien meilleure qualité.

Wunderschönes Haus Nähe Fontainebleau
Das grosszügige Haus liegt mitten in Dorfkern von Montigny sur Loign. Das Haus war extrem sauber und die Küche toll eingerichtet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Gehdistanz erreichbar. (Supermarkt. Bäckerei…) Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war einwandfrei. Sie hat auf Fragen immer sofort geantwortet. Auch für die Kinder (7,7,9,15) hatte es wunderbar Platz. Hier waren wir nicht zum letzten Mal! Es ist def. Zu empfehlen!!!

Bon Séjour
Nous avons passé un bon séjour durant ce pont du 14 juillet. La maison dispose de 4 chambres et 4 salle de bain. Supermarché, boulangerie et pizzeria très proche. L'eurovélo 3 est aussi proche et permet d'aller vers Fontainebleau ou vers Nemours via les chemins de hallage au bord du loing. Je recommande et y retournerai volontier.

Avec nos amis nous avions décidé de nous retouver pour un week end et cette maison était parfaite, salon spacieux, les chambres bien amenagees. À 5mn de la forêt et 20mn de voiture de Fontainebleau, nous avons pu nous promener grâce aux indications de la propriétaire tres aimable. Je recommande !

Omschrijving misleidend
De omschrijving doet lijken, alsof het huis midden in het bos van Fontainebleau ligt. Dit is beslist niet waar! Het huis ligt in een slapend, Frans dorpje een paar kilometer ten zuiden van het bosgebied. Een kwartier rijden van de genoemde wandelmogelijkheden. Het huis heeft nauwelijks buitenruimte; een balkonnetje waar je met 3 man kan zitten. Het huis is netjes, maar geeft geen relax mogelijkheid omdat de banken en stoelen slecht zitten, de bedden slecht liggen en de 4 douches (met drukknoppen) slecht douchen. Voor het gevraagde bedrag per nacht zou men meer comfort mogen verwachten.

Vieillotte et sans charme. Décoration complètement désuète et sans goût. Maison sans âme.
Précision : on n’est pas au « Coeur de la forêt » mais en ville sans herbe. Les photos sont vraiment trompeuses. Tout est vieux : pour la cuisine par exemple (un pot de chambre d’autrefois comme poubelle) Assiettes, couverts tous dépareillés, carrelages datant d’autrefois, gris affreux. Il n’y a rien d’offert : papier allu, sopalin, même pas un peu de sel, de poivre, de sacs poubelle, de produis pour les machines. Il faut TOUT acheter, 1 torchon couleurs douteuses. La Salle de séjour : 4 places pour s’asseoir, 2 monstrueux fauteuils et un canapé pour 2, en osier, démodés, prennent toute la place. Maison louée pour pour 8 ... 4 places pour s’asseoir.. il reste les chaises de salle à manger en fer forgé .... ! On nous annonce une terrasse : c’est un petit passage extérieur (1,50 m) qui donne sur la rue. Une table à l’angle. Et 3 fauteuils en fer forgé même pas 1 petit coussin, . La maison n’est que sur rue, même pas un petit carré d’herbe . Pour prendre l’air, ouvrir la fenêtre. 3 plantes en bac sur la « terrasse » pas soignées, Impossible de se croiser pour accéder au barbecue (grille non nettoyée et grasse. ) . En bas encore une salle de bain neuve avec baignoire et wc . Un autre cagibi sous l’escalier sert de 2e wc . À l’etage, 4 chambres 3 salles de douche, neuves, très propres mais pas de wc. Rien pour poser ses affaires de toilette (on les met par terre) et lavabo grand comme un lave main. Les chambres sont propres literie parfaite. Mais si étroites avec un grand lit, qu’il n’y a même pas une chaise, (pour poser ses affaires : le dessus d’une cheminée !) une armoire affreuse qui prend toute la place, pas une petite table si on veut se mettre à l'écart sans être obligé de se mettre dans son lit. 1 seule table de nuit, pour 2 : difficile pour lire et obligés d'éteindre en même temps. Conclusion : maison vieillotte et sans âme avec l’indispensable pour y vivre. Positif : Il n’y a absolument rien à reprocher sur la propreté et la literie !! Le chauffage est parfait et marche très bien, l’eau chaude aussi. Les salles de douches sont neuves et très propres, mais petites. On a passé un bon moment parce que nous étions en famille. Je ne conseillerai à personne de la louer, elle est bien trop chère qualité /prix ! j’ai loué nombre de gîtes beaucoup plus jolis, confortables, où nous nous sentions bien d’y vivre. Je suis désolée de ce rapport négatif mais je n’invente rien et ne suis pas quelqu’un qui critique pour critiquer.

Soggiorno a Montigny nella foresta di Fontainebleau
Abbiamo soggiornato a Montigny dal 3 al 6 agosto 2018. Eravamo in 5 di cui 1 coppia. Casa molto bella, corrispondente alle foto. Unico neo le camere da letto al piano superiore ed i bagni a quello inferiore. Tutte le camere però erano dotate di doccia e lavabo. Situata vicinissima al supermercato, panetteria, farmacia e l'unico ristorante del villaggio. Tranquillissima. Elisabeth molto gentile e pronta a dar seguito alle nostre rihieste.

I really liked that this home is right next to a grocery store and within 10 minutes walk to the train station and a bakery. Parking was a little difficult, but overall an excellent home! Elizabeth was very attentive to our needs and was very kind. I definitely recommend this house!
