Tolle Lage, simple Ausstattung

Das Haus liegt wunderbar über dem angestauten Arno mit Weitblick. Anfang April war es noch recht kalt, aber der Kamin funktionierte hervorragend, wie es im Sommer ist (es gibt keine Klimaanlage und keine Mückennetze) wissen wir daher nicht. Die nahe gelegene Bahnstrecke hat uns nicht gestört. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist eher basal. Die im Inserat beschriebene Küche "mit allen modernen Geräten" beinhaltet nur eine Kaffeemaschine, einen Kühlschrank und einen HerdBackofen. Damit kann man leben, aber ich hätte bei dieser Beschreibung doch wenigstens noch einen Wasserkocher und einen Toaster erwartet. Die Matratzen der Betten sind sehr hart - das ist Geschmacksache. Die Nähe zu Arezzo und den vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Gegend ist hervorragend. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern hat super gut und komplikationslos geklappt.

Vakantiehuis Toscane

Mooie locatie, groot, ruim huis. ‘s Ochtends heerlijk ontbijten in de zon op het terras aan de voorkant en in de namiddag/avond op het balkon (2p) met mooi uitzicht op het dal. Nadeel: geregeld kortstondig geluid van de trein en vooral in het weekend geluid van de schietbaan. Desalniettemin dik tevreden, we hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad met uitstapjes naar Siena (tip: parkeer auto bij treinstation) en Florence (tip: ga met de trein).

Toskana pur

Wunderschönes, gemütliches Ferienhaus. Wir haben die Aussicht sehr genossen. Terrasse war morgens angenehm sonnig, Balkon am Nachmittag. Historische Einrichtung, so dass man einen guten Eindruck von der Geschichte der Region bekommt. Sehr freundliche Besitzerin. Wanderwege in der Nähe des Hauses, umliegende Städte gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Sehr zu empfehlen, wir würden auch gerne wieder kommen.

Toskana Urlaub

Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und die Lage ist sehr schön. Für 4 Personen ist das Haus super geeignet. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Leider hat uns für ein schattiges Plätzchen ein Sonnenschirm gefehlt. Dieser ist aber für diese Lage unbedingt notwendig.

Très bien placée, vue splendide.

Grande maison très bien située, magnifique vue sur l'Arno au milieu de la campagne. Bien meublée, bien équipée avec 2 cuisines : heureusement car l'escalier est raide ! Le seul problème c'est la proximité de la voie de chemin de fer...

Restful Tuscany

Great property for a restful break in Tuscany, located at the edge of a small village but just 10 mins drive to Arezzo (lovely town). You will need a car to move around Tuscany. Located to visit the Famous Tuscany locations of Siena, Florence with an hour or so drive and Assisi & Perugia in Umbria. Both fabulous with less tourists. Thank you for a great stay.

Großes Haus mit viel Platz -grande casa con molto spazio

Das Haus liegt nicht wie beschrieben in Civitella (netter Ort oben am Berg), wo wir natürlich zuerst hingefahren sind. Es sind 21 km von dort bis Pieve A Maiano und dann 2 km am Ortsende von Casa al Cincio, oberhalt von Maiano. Ruhig, bis auf die Züge, die vorbei fahren (nachts aber Pause). 7 km bis Arezzo mit großem Einkaufszentrum und einer netten Altstadt. Bis Siena 51 km und Florenz 71 km. Sehr nette Besitzerin. La casa non è a Civitella, ma a Casa Al Cincio sopra di Pieve A Maniano (21 km fa di Civitella). Grande casa tranquilla fuorché i treni chi passano sotto (la notte e una pausa). 7 km a Arezzo con grande centro commerciale e un centro storico bello. 51 km fino a Siena e 71 km fino a Firenze. La proprietaria e molto gentile.

Erholung pur

Das grosszügige Haus steht ruhig gelegen, hoch über dem Arno-Fluss. Die Ausssicht auf alle Seiten ist phantastisch. Wir waren nur zu Zweit, aber auch 4 Personen könnten sich hier sehr wohl fühlen. Im Erdgeschoss hat es sogar noch eine Sommerküche. Wir können diese Wohnung vorbehaltlos empfehlen.

Vacanza perfetta!

Bellissimo casale caratteristico toscano immerso nella natura con vista spettacolare sull'Arno. Un posto che ti rigenera! In posizione strategica per visitare Arezzo e i numerosi borghi nelle vicinanze o anche per chi come noi ama fare trekking nella natura o per visitare i numerosi eremi ed abbazie.
