Local calmo e relaxante
A estadia foi muito agradável. O apartamento é espaço e acolhedor e está muito bem equipado. Está localizado num aldeamento com jardins lindos e bem cuidados. A praia fica a 5 minutos a pé e a piscina fez as delícias da minha filha e sobrinha. Durante alguns dias sentiu-se um cheiro a esgoto na cozinha, mas percebemos que era uma situação que tb se verificava no exterior, talvez devido à falta de chuva no Algarve. A Cristina mostrou-se sempre disponível para responder às nossas dúvidas. Uma estadia a repetir, voltaremos, com toda a certeza! s

So relaxing and beautiful
We all loved the house we stayed at and all we needed was provided. Enjoyed the pool and the close proximity to the beach. We slept so well and felt so relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Access to a garden was also a really nice touch and we enjoyed our evening as a family.

Boa estadia em família
O apartamento é acolhedor e o alpendre muito agradável para refeições em família. no entanto, o colchão da cama de casal de um dos quartos é muito duro. Outro fator a melhorar é a canalização da casa, dado que tudo entope no wc por mais cuidado que se tenha e por vezes sente-se um cheiro a canos. A limpeza da casa também pode ser melhor e as toalhas de banho que são fornecidas têm muitas manchas. Estas são críticas construtivas atenção. Nós gostámos bastante mas estes são pontos a melhorar. O aldeamento é tranquilo e as piscinas são ótimas tanto a dos adultos como a das crianças, apesar de que sempre que lá íamos tínhamos que esperar por conseguir espreguiçadeiras, dado que estava sempre tudo ocupado. Os chapéus de sol da piscina precisam de ser trocados ou arranjados pois muitos estão partidos. O bar da piscina é simpático e barato. Gostaríamos que as piscinas tivessem um horário mais alargado pois em Agosto os dias são bastante longos e seria bom em vez das 09 às 20 que se pudesse frequentar este espaço das 07h00 às 22h00. Tivemos sempre estacionamento. Isso não foi um problema e levámos dois carros. Há vários super-mercados perto, assim como restaurantes e dá para ir a pé para a praia. Em suma é um bom sítio para ficar em família principalmente com crianças.

Endroit magnifique et calme
Très bel ensemble de maisons blanches très propres et nettes. Jardins impeccables. Piscine très propre et bien tenue, contrôlée, gérée. Petit snack-bar à prix démocratiques avec boissons, glaces, pizzas, burgers, omelettes, etc. Palmiers un peu partout… et les goélands omniprésents mais pas dérangeants du tout. L’appartement est spacieux pour 5 personnes. La douche est très agréables. Les chambres sont également spacieuses. La disponibilité de la propriétaire via WhatsApp était très flexible et pratique (infos, conseils, etc.) Petit hic… ah non, il n’y en a pas. Tout était parfait!

Marvellous apartment and location!
Just returned from this lovely apartment. Highly recommend. 2 minute walk to the swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers and a snack bar! 5 minute walk to the beach and local restaurants. 15 minute walk to the marina with plenty of bars and restaurants. A short taxi in to Albufeira old town and supermarkets. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Thank you for having us!

Très bon séjour
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement qui était très agréable, très propre et bien équipé. Notre hôte a été très agréable et très disponible. Nous avons apprécié la présence de la piscine au sein de la résidence et la magnifique plage de Sao Rafael très proche à pied. C'était parfait !

Comentário construtivo.
A localização é ótima, a segurança em termos de janelas e portas é duvidosa, pelo que não é aconselhável deixar objetos de valor dentro do apartamento e a banheira deixa a desejar. Não ter Wi-Fi nos tempos que correm também não é muito normal. Fora estes comentários a avaliação geral é aceitável. Se voltaria ao mesmo lugar, com estas pequenas alterações, sim, voltaria.

Férias em Albufeira (São Rafael)
A propriedade é muito acolhedora e muito agradável. A piscina também é muito agradável, embora poderia ter um pouco mais de relvado. A 5 minutos a pé da praia S. Rafael. A praia tem um único problema, que é o excesso de algas, embora seja um ótimo indicador relativamente à qualidade da água. Na nossa estadia, apenas refiro a necessidade de umas pequenas obras. Nada de especial, mas há alguns pormenores que precisam de ser melhorados, como o caso da banheira. Outro senão, é a falta de uma TV atual que permita a ligação de jogos eletrónicos dos miúdos. No nosso caso, quando lá chegamos, compramos um monitor para os miúdos poderem jogar!!! Apesar do alojamento não ter ar condicionado, não sentimos falta, pois a casa é bastante fresca. Contudo, recomendo o alojamento, pois o espaço exterior é mesmo muito agradável. Passamos 8 dias em Setembro fantásticos!

Empfehlenswert!
Wir sind keine anspruchsvolle Leute, deswegen sind wir sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Cristina. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, in der Wohnung befindet sich alles, was im Alltag benö̱tigt wird. Das Einzige, was schon längst ausgetauscht werden sollte, ist die Badewanne , die sehr abgenutzt ist. Die Terrasse mit Gartenmö̱beln sind eine zusätzliche Annehmlichkeit, was die Wohnung noch attraktiver macht. Jeden Morgen und Abend haben wir eben auf dieser Terrasse verbracht. Die Terrasse ist im Schatten, also man spü̱rt hohe Temperaturen ü̱berhaupt nicht. Klimaanlage in der Wohnung unnö̱tig. Der Pool ist 50 Meter vom Appartament entfernt. Er ist sauber und gut gepflegt. Der Strand ist zu Fuß innerhalb von ca. 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Lage und die Umgebung der Wohnung sind hervorragend. Kurz gesagt: Empfehlenswert!

Agréable séjour
Appartement bien situé et fonctionnel. La piscine est grande, le complexe est bien entretenu. La plage est à moins de 10 min à pieds (Praia Sao Rafael). Albufeira est à moins de 10 min en voiture ou l'on peut trouver facilement des places gratuites. Proximité de la Marina ou il y a des restaurants et jeux pour enfants. Beaucoup de commerces à proximité fermant à 23h00. Seul point négatif, il n'y a pas de Wifi, et non respect du stationnement de certains locataire. Nous recommandons cette location, et nous allons surement la relouer...

logement vétuste!
logement très bien situé et bien équipé ! mais le point négatif le ménage ; et le confort à revoir ! c'est la première fois que j'ai dans une location une literie aussi catastrophique!! très mal insonorisé !! ce logement aurait besoin d une mise en état ! la baignoire est tellement usée qu il n y a plus d émail et robinetterie usée également; ainsi que celui de la cuisine la piscine est très bien ! c est dommage car c est une belle résidence avec un extérieur bien entretenu !

In Ordnung mit kleinen Einschränkungen
Das Appartement liegt in einem Komplex mit 100 Appartements und liegt ca. 5 Autominuten Fahrt außerhalb von Albufeira. Leider habe ich übersehen das es keinen WiFi Zugang gibt. Auch der Empfang über das normale Telefonnetz ist recht schlecht. Wasch- und Spülmaschine sind vorhanden, es gab aber keine Waschmittel, die wir dann gekauft und den Rest für die nachfolgenden Mieter hinterlassen haben. Müllsäcke fehlten auch. Eine Kaffeemaschine war wie beschrieben leider nicht mehr vorhanden. Die Einweisung war recht dürftig. Trotz vorheriger Mitteilung unserer Ankunftszeit war die Person leider nicht da und wir mußten 30 min. warten. Christina war aber sehr bemüht die Kontaktperson zu erreichen und die Wartezeit zu verkürzen. Alles in allem aber war die Unterbringung in Ordnung. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend groß für 4 Personen mit einem Kind. Der Strand Sao Rafael ist wie beschrieben in der Nähe. Er ist nicht sehr groß und sehr überlaufen. Der Gemeinschaftspool ist groß genug, der Bereich sauber und gut gepflegt. Trotz einiger kleiner Einschränkungen können wir die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Beautiful apartment in a nice and peaceful residence
The apartment is spacious, with a very supplied kitchen, an area in the open air with wooden table and chairs where to eat. Walking distance from the sandy beach of Sao Rafael or at seven minutes by car from Albufeira, car park in front of the house. Swimming pool of the residence. We are a family of 4 people and we have been very well here, we hope to come back in the future.
