Cozy home located on beach block of private community beach (Chadwick Beach). Enjoy the comfort of a private beach, walking distance from mini golf and convenience store, nearby restaurants, estimated 5 miles to Seaside Boardwalk, perfect for a family looking to get away to the Jersey Shore without the crowds. Three 2nd Floor bedrooms (one Queen, one Full, and one with Twin bunk beds) and a 1st floor pull out couch (Full size). Home includes washer/dryer, gas grill, air conditioning units in each room, ceiling fans, 3 Smart TVs +YouTube TV , Wi-Fi access, 2nd floor deck with patio table and chairs, outdoor shower. Please note under the community bylaws, we can rent to families, but not groups. Beach badges are available for purchase ($12 per day or $25 for week, kids under 12 free - 2022 season rate.)
