This fully renovated 100 year old home includes, three King-sized sleep number beds and two twin-sized trundle beds. It includes a fully equipped kitchen that connects to a cozy living room. Off of the living room is a spacious dining room that seats 10. A full sized High Efficiency washer and dryer makes your stay more like home. Relax on the front porch with a cold drink after a fun day on the River. You are also only blocks from Wurstfest and historic downtown

Great Family Time

Beautiful house for family time! We enjoyed the town of New Braunfels with our relatives there, and loved the game time and porch time at the house! Well stocked, great beds, and easy process. We got to tube right here! For sure a crowd pleaser to stay here!

Excellent location & home!

Veronica was amazing and super communicative! We loved the location - just minutes from Schlitterbaun, Gruene, and so many great family activities. The house was perfect for our family of 5 plus grandparents. We will visit again!

Would highly recommend this Beautiful home! It’s super spacious, has all the essentials you would need and it’s in a perfect location. Best part is you literally have the entry to the Comal river/Texas Tubes in the backyard. Thank you for sharing your home with us :)

Outstanding place to Stay!

We rented this house for the weekend as we had a wedding to attend in Gruene. It was 15 minutes from the venue and within walking distance of the river as well we were able to do some tubing before the wedding lol! The house was gorgeous and clean. We had no trouble reaching Veronica for any question we had. The sleep number mattress’s were a surprise and were fantastic. I highly recommend this house for your next stay in New Braunfels.

Charming Comfort

So many things were so great. The home was beautiful and the location was perfect. The hosts are amazing! They thought of EVERYTHING from cornhole to citronella candles for outdoor sitting areas. I loved sitting on the front porch. Deer would often wander into the front yard during our morning coffee time.

We were very impressed with how close it was to two tube rental places (walking distance). We ended up floating the Comal twice because we were so close.

Best place to stay on the Comal River

This is hand down the best place to stay on the Comal River. The house is great for a large group, the location is as good as it gets. This is the second year in a row we have stayed here and I can't imagine ever going anywhere else.

Cute place-great location

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with a group. We had five adults stay here and had plenty of space. As advertised, it is very conveniently located, and felt safe enough to walk to the festival that happened to be going on that weekend, and it is really just a stone’s throw from the river. The host is super conscientious about communicating and replied promptly to any questions.

Perfect Paradise

This is my second time staying at one of Veronica’s properties in New Braunfels. The property is pristine, and you can tell she takes great pride in her houses, well maintained and super cute. The location can't be beat, we walked to nearby restaurants and bars. The house was absolutely perfect, 4 bedrooms to sleep all 10 adults and 3 full baths!!!! Plenty of paved parking which was a great thing since it poured down rain during the beginning of our stay. All my friends were impressed and happy with the house I booked, I'm sure they will be back on their own separate family get away.

Great House right near tubing in New Braunfels

We chose this location because we wanted to visit both Austin and San Antonio. It's 45 minutes to Austin and about 35 to San Antonio. Very easy to access off the highway. This property was very comfortable for our family of 6.

Amazing New Braunfels Home

We would definitely rent this amazing house again! Perfect location near river and right around the corner from Wurstfest grounds. Mattresses were sleep number and very comfortable. Property Manager was quick to respond to inquiries. Thank you!!

This place was great! Three large beds, two smaller ones, three full bathrooms, a good couch, the best dining room table ever, clean, what more do you need? Also, location was PERFECT. 30second walk to texas tubes, 5min drive to Schlitterbahn, and walking distance to downtown. Host was very nice and accommodating and responded quickly with questions or concerns. All-in-all, it was a great weekend and would absolutely recommend and do it again.

Great Weekend on the River

We have stayed at this property before, and it is a great home. It is perfect for walking to restaurants in downtown or for walking to the River Float outfitters. Veronica is very responsive and provides everything needed to make the weekend great!

Location Location Location…and everything else you could want

We were looking for a large house for our small teams corporate retreat and this one was perfect. Literally a stones throw away from the river you cannot get closer than this property. Our team felt extremely comfortable in the charming house with every amenity we could want. Thanks again for an amazing experience!

Perfect Location...Perfect place

Our first time on the river with the family and this place was PERFECT. Very quaint, full of amenities, private parking area, a hop and a skip to Texas Tubes located in the heart of the city. Everything was clean and convenient. Veronica was very helpful and easy to reach out and communicate with. We would highly recommend this place. It's a jewel ❤️

Friends Float Trip

Our time in NBTX was awesome. We walked out the backdoor and were steps from Texas Tubes where we rented tubes and floated the Comal River twice. After float 1 we walked back to our house, ate lunch, refilled our drink containers (can ban) and headed back out. That night we walked to McAdoo's Seafood (10/10 would recommend). In between floating and eating we hung out on the front porch. We will stay in this house again.

Our grandchildren are the 6th generation of our family in the New Braunfels area. We purchased this house in 2011 and have restored it from the ground up. We tried to keep most of the original feel of the over 100 year old home but with new features as well.

What makes this property unique

2 river outfitters right across the street. The Comal River is a football field away. You can walk to historic downtown New Braunfels. Very short drive to historic Gruene as well.
