About this property

Wonderful ocean views. Across the street from Kahaluu Beach, one of the best snorkeling beaches on the Big Island. One bedroom, one bath, fully furnished, second floor condo. Lovely pool and BBQ area. Private Lanai for outdoor dining, relaxing and ocean view sunsets. The living room and bedroom both open to the Lanai for nice ocean breezes and the sound of the surf. The bedroom has a Queen size bed with AC and a ceiling fan and the living room also has a ceiling fan. The unit includes a flat screen TV with Blue ray player. The kitchen comes complete with dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator and full size washer and dryer. Unit has WIFI.

The unit is NONSMOKING and no pets and is not wheelchair accessible.
CANCELLATION POLICY: 100% refunded if cancelled 30 days prior to check in date. 0% if cancelled less than 30 days prior to check in date. If we can rerent it, we will return your money, minus a $25 fee and less any credit card fees.

Lovely small space

Was traveling with a large group and wanted space to myself. This was perfect for that. The place was clean, quiet, had many amenities, and a beautiful sunset off the lanai every night. would absolutely book this place again.

Perfect February Escape

Easily one of the best vacation rentals we’ve stayed in. Everything was as described and more. Convenient parking right outside the condo. Complete kitchen with everything we needed to make meals. Very peaceful neighborhood with a less than 5 minute walk to the park and beach. Easy walk to the nearby shopping center or take the free trolley into town. Would love to be sitting back on the lanai having my morning coffee or watching the sunset. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend.

It is a nice size for 2 people. Good location for snorkeling. Just a short walk down to the beach. Easy drive to grocery store. The unit was well equipped for weather changes (umbrellas) , beach outings etc Kitchen well stocked with dishes and appliances. Washer dryer excelkent. Cannot comment on pool as it was down for maintenance. Overall we would come again.

Amazing view!

We enjoyed a wonderful 10 days here, mornings on the lanai watching the ocean with our coffee. The unit was well stocked with everything we needed and close to shopping and restaurants. Reba was wonderful to work with and responded quickly to any questions. We look forward to future stays here.

Sweet Condo.

Sweet Condo. Lots of amenities, beach chairs snorkel gear and more. Nice pool and hot tub. Probably the best thing is it is within throwing distance of one of the best and safest snorkeling beaches on the island! I’d rent this one again in a heartbeat.

Nice being able to walk down to snorkel. The unit was clean, well stocked, nicely decorated and the complex was quiet. Close to shopping and a nice beach.

Nice apartment. Nice location.

We really loved our stay. Everything was great, from the building, the parking, the apartment, the amenities, the location, the view, all of it. The only room for improvement that we would recommend would be a more comfortable couch / loveseat and bed / mattress. But, either way we would definitely recommend this place and we would come back again.

Our visit to Kona.

The Condo was nice and comfortable, but carrying our luggage upstairs was a tiring chore for us. We couldn't get the T.V. set to work properly.

Great location!

We absolutely loved it! The condo was very close to Kahaluu beach. It is great for snorkeling, no so much for just chilling in the sand. It felt like I was swimming in an aquarium! And no worries there are tons of great sand beaches nearby. The place was stocked with everything we needed. Spacious deck/balcony. It is a smaller place, but everything is well organized. Highly recommend!

Perfect

We weren't looking to spend $1000 a night at a fancy hotel. The place was perfect. AC in the bedroom kept us cool. A walk down across the beach to a great snorkeling spot. The room was clean and everything worked and a great price too! Thanks!!!

Location is great!

Host was very thoughtful and suite was very well organized with items that we could use. Snorkeling,chairs, fan, day cooler, and games. Very close to shopping, restaurants, and beaches. My son and I had a great time and we will definitely be back.

Views from lanai were the best

Location was excellent. Kitchen well equipped and washer dryer appreciated. Never had to use AC but there was a unit in bedroom. Would recommend. We hope to come back.

No need for air conditioner. Screens offer enough circulation .

Great place!

Stayed here for just over a week for the Ironman. The apartment is exceedingly well equipped and it’s a lovely pool. It’s very well situated, the hosts were very responsive. Was really good value for money. Would highly recommend!

Exactly what we needed

My wife and I stayed at this apartment for about two weeks. It's just a short walk to the beach with great snorkeling and the sunsets from the balcony are just gorgeous. The apartment is clean and has everything you could ever need on your vacation. From a fully loaded kitchen down to the beach gear. It's really close to all kinds of restaurants, grocery stores and downtown kona is just a short drive down the road. I would definitely rent it again.
