- Grassy garden, with useful outside W.C., surrounds the house, edged by the river along one side

LOCAL AREA
- Little bridge crossing over Penpoll Creek where it is possible to launch canoes and small dinghies at high tide, 25 yards away
- Bodinnick, 2 miles, has a quaint old pub and a car ferry operating to the bustling town of Fowey.
- There are circular country walks from the doorstep and excellent walks upriver to Lerryn and St Winnow as well as the spectacular coastal Fowey Hall Walk.
- Polperro is 6 miles by road where there are a selection of shops, pubs and restaurants, and Looe, 10 miles away, has a wider choice of amenities and a sandy beach.
- The Eden Project and Lanhydrock House are within a 30 minute drive.

Having booked your holiday the Agent Cornish Traditional Cottages will process and confirm your booking, the travel directions and arrival information will be sent to you. The travel directions will provide you with the details of the owner / housekeeper and instruction on who to contact a few days before your holiday to make the key arrangements. You will also be given the details of your point of contact should you have any questions or issues whilst on holiday.
