About this property

Offering a comfortable stay in the heart of the city with traditional Turkish décor just 100 meters from Taksim Square.

The air-conditioned 40 sqm apartment (1st floor) features 1 bedrooms with double bed and a living room with a single sofa bed, includes satellite TV (international and local channels are available), free Wi-Fi, and a well-equipped kitchen.The bathroom includes a shower and a washing machine.

I support Istanbul card for public transportation, drinkable water,detergent for washing machine and the dishwasher, soap for free. Also i am renting Turkish mobile simcard (inclueding 2 gb data connection) for 10 Euros.

I am reachable 24/7.

A selection of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants can be found in the immediate area, especially surrounding the famous shopping street, Istiklal Avenue. Taksim Square is a cultural meeting point, lively and fun both day and night.

For Ataturk International Airport, Havatas Airport Shuttle Bus is just a 5-minute walk away. Taksim Square offers excellent transport connections (metro, tram, bus) to the historic Sultanahmet District (Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace).

DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT! Its disgusting and in a dirty, unsafe, loud neighborhood! The bathroom was covered in mold and old pubic hair. We got a hotel and left asap.

The apartment seemed to be in the middle of things. It was really enjoyable being there and exploring the area on foot.

Worth half of what you pay!

3 faucets…each a miserable challenge to operate.Trip hazards 6 …12 in total adding reverse direction.Mold in and around shower enclosure.Closet area access only available side stepping bed.Every day loss of Wi-Fi and internet, sometimes for many (4) hours.Towels have had too many birthdays.Pots and pans,….ready for garbage.Good things:Owner and his brother are very personable ac/heat unit functions very well.Excellent washing machineLocation grows on you.

Great Host and great location

Perfect place for 2 or 3 people, clean, great location. Close to bus station, Taksim Square, markets, restaurants, convinient stores, and so much more, all in walking distance. The host is very nice, accommodating, responsive, flexible and very helpful, our entire stay. Very welcoming and we even felt like a local! Would definitely book again, thank you so much for everything! Great experience.

Small Apartment Off Taksim Sa

Great base to explore the city. Food options locally are limited and over priced for tourists so it pays to find restaurants further away from Taksim. The apartment itself is small, the bedroom has no window, however we slept well none the less. Things are characterful I think you would say. All in all a good, well priced base that provides more privacy than that afforded by a hotel.

Taksim Square Apartment

The area and stay was great! In a prime location to experience all of the night life and historical attractions around. Very close to literally everything and anything one would want to do. My wife and I enjoyed the stay here as it was close to everything, but you are very close to all the action. Great apartment for travelers 18-30 of age. Everything in this area is stays open very late, so it can get loud, but just shutting the windows keeps the sound level down. There are blackout curtains. Overall the apartment is great, its clean, its in a prime location. But for my wife and I there was a downside. While the apartment itself does not smell like cigarette smoke and you have the option to smoke or not smoke in the apartment, you can not avoid the barbershop directly underneath the apartment. The shop can stay open till 3am or later and it was hard to sleep sometimes with all the smoke rising from the shop and breathing it in while we slept. The apartment owner unfortunately has no say about the smoke rising from underneath the apartment. Other than that the stay was great!

Las fotos no se corresponden con la realidad el apartamento es muy deprimente. Muy poco agradable, dormitorio un zulo y todo muy dejado desaliñado y bastante sucio. El propietario es disponible por WhatsApp para ayudarte Pero la realidad No es nada parecido al anuncio.No os lo recomiendo.

Characterful apt in traditional street

A lovely simple little apartment in the thriving centre of busy Beyoğlu. The location is a hive of activity day and night - the street is stuffed with the fascinating local colour of vernacular trades and traders, but a five minute walk takes you to the upmarket sophistication of the restaurants and shops of İstiklal! The host was great and very accommodating; the bus from sabiha gökçen airport stops 7 minutes walk away.

cozy and close to public transportation

the place is really close to Taksim Square, just 3min/250m walk from the apartment. The place located on the first floor, and look exactly as the picture. Mr Isik welcome us and allow for early check in 9am, responded quickly and really helpful to guide and answer your questions. The area is safe, and you can get food and snacks in the same row of your apartment, just a couple of steps. Would recommend anyone to rent this place, thumbs up =)
