The newest villa at Lime Samui, with extensive outdoor living and dining areas at pool and garden level.
Indoor and outdoor living/dining areas segregated by enormous frameless glass doors when required.
Five en-suite bedrooms all have full bathrooms, some with indoor/outdoor showers, freestanding bath tubs and private terraces The family room can sleep 6 via the 2 king size and 2 single bunk beds. Pricing is based on 10 guests staying at the villa but it can sleep 16+ upon request.

Cinema for movie nights or mid-afternoon PlayStation sessions seats up to 18
Spa with two massage beds
Life Fitness equipped Gym
Mezzanine Study with sofabed can be used as a 6th bedroom
Luxury Vehicles with drivers

Full Staff - English speaking manager, chef, maids, driver & handyman
Guest Relations Officer to help organise trips, tours and reservations
