Newly Renovated Casita in Mesa, King-Sized Bed and Lightening Fast WiFi

This romantic casita/bungalow hideaway is nestled in the Evergreen historic neighborhood just north of downtown Mesa. You will feel like you are in the midwest with the large trees and green belts and houses built in the 1930's. The only difference is that it will be 50 degrees warmer! Neighbors enjoy wine on their front porches and say hello to passerbys. This cozy stand-alone bungalow is within easy walking distance of downtown Mesa, home to many local restaurants and bars.

The casita was just finished being completely renovated with brand new flooring, paint, appliances, kitchen cabinets, walk-in closet, bathroom, brand new BEDEGA king-size mattress, furnishings, and brand new fixtures. In addition, the casita has its own stackable washer/dryer so you can travel light. CableTV, lightning fast WiFi, Playstation 3 with Netflix are all provided at no extra charge. With lightening fast Wifi connection at speeds over 150MBPS, you are sure to stay connected (if you want to).

Free bus service is available to the Cub's Hohokam Stadium. The Mesa Convention Center and Center for the Arts are within easy walking distance.

The Bungalow is only a 5 minute drive from Sloan Park, home of spring training for the Chicago Cubs and less than a mile from Hohokam park home of spring training for the Oakland Athletics.

From start to finish, smooth and simple. Checking in and out quick and directions were exactly clear. Doesn’t ask for much of anything so the stay and check out were completely stress free. Didn’t run into a single issue. The neighborhood was peaceful and it was close to everything we needed for our trip. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay ! Absolutely perfect

Great lil Casita
The Casita was perfect for us. The shaded yard, the fresh fallen Pecans from the tree were a treat. Great neighborhood. Beautiful wild parakeet singing. I'd definitely stay here again.

What a bargain.
If you looking for an economical place to stay, that suits your basic needs, this is it. We golfed in Mesa for 10 days, and found this location close to the affordable golf courses. It suited our needs very well.

Perfect spot in Mesa/Tempe area
Was on vacation golfing every day and this spot was perfect for what I needed. Host was awesome to work with and responded to questions, etc. very quickly. Check in process was simple and the lighted path to the casita was great! Laundry off the main part of the casita was very helpful and I took advantage of that! Bed, couch were very comfy and the room(s) were very clean and welcoming. Coming and going any time of the day was easy and the location was very quiet and safe! Nice kitchen area, however I didn't use it much. Large fridge and freezer as needed as well for those brining groceries for their stay. Nothing wrong with staying here and I wouldn't think twice about coming back. Nice location to and from airport (Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport) as well...

Amazing! So easy. Great king size bed and pillows. Very quite and private. HIGH speed internet was so enjoyable along with huge TV with ALL channels. Walk to family run Mexican food, Walgreens and easy short Uber ride to Sprouts

It's a very smart, straightforward, and quaint bungalow. Very spacious, versatile, and private. It offers a beautiful up to date little kitchen, living room, and laundry room. I would have extended my stay if I could have.

Just what we needed
This was a lovely little room and we thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The unit is tucked in a little neighborhood, felt really safe and comfortable. The only comment I would say is that there was quite a bit of noise at night from the Main Street. We would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful Casita
This was the perfect place for me as I was in town visiting family. The bed and furniture is comfortable. And it had a nice outdoor seating area under a citrus tree. The property is very well lit so you can find your way back to the casita which is behind the main house on the lot. The host was very nice and easy to communicate with. I would be happy to stay here again.

Very nice affordable home from home.
Very nice quiet and private accommodation. It has its own entrance way to the side of the main house and has a private back yard, we didn’t use it but it was there. Excellent value and way better than staying in a hotel. The kitchen has lots of basic spices and the fridge has many other items like dressings etc. So check it out before you hit the grocery store. We were very comfortable hanging out of the week that we had there touring the area.

Lovely little place
The casita was very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed we found very easily. Kitchen was well stocked with coffee (thank you) and cookware so we could make a few meals. Ryan was very quick to respond and check on a minor issue we had with the gate. We will definitely check the availability of the casita next time we visit!

Great stay, close to everything!
This was such a great place to stay. I love that they allowed dogs, and had a perfect little yard to let her out at. So much better than a hotel. The little studio they had was clean and cool during our stay. And was about 20 minutes to everything we did that trip. The neighborhood felt safe and was was quiet. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Fantastic Casita
We spent almost a month at this fantastic Casita and can’t begin to tell you how wonderful it was! The yard is fenced so our golden retriever was thrilled. The Casita was spotless, beautifully decorated and cozy. The appliances were top quality and the kitchen was totally complete. The quality of the air conditioning was excellent. The convenience of the on premise washer and dryer was such an added bonus. The bathroom was roomy and nice to be able to have a tub for soaking or glass shower doors for the steamy shower. And the bed…..it was so amazingly comfortable along with the pillows, it was like sleeping on a cloud! Outdoors was a comfortable seating area right under a grapefruit tree to enjoy fresh fruit or take a couple steps and grab an orange! We were in Mesa enjoying our grandchildren and family and this Casita made the whole visit the best. The owner was not onsite, but didn’t need to be as he was easily accessible and checked in several times via text to make sure we had everything we needed. I guarantee we will be back to once again enjoy this Casita!!

This property is quite unique in that it is well-located in the middle of a historic/residential district minutes from downtown Mesa and central to Phoenix in general. Visitors have all the amenities they would expect, with the actual property and the area.

What makes this property unique

We were able to split and separate the large property in two distinct areas - the front house and the back casita. The Casita has its own private entrance and enjoys a fully fenced in private backyard with grapefruit, lemon, orange, and walnut trees. You get the benefit of living in modern luxury set in a historic location. It comes with all the cable channels/Netflix/fast WiFi that you can use!
